  1. If you truly believe all that I have some oceanfront property in Bellemmeade area -cheap!
  2. What 5 full rides schools are they? I would be concerned about schools that just use exposure camps. They are either lazy or not very good at recruiting. Coach recommendation and film have always been and will always be the key. NPA is different it is not just an exposure camp they have clinics or camps all through the spring and have networks developed because of who runs it but it is not the typical, but I stand by my previous posts.
  3. My helping get kids scholarships are not money makers, not that is all this one was, because there were some small college coaches at this one, but there are many that are. I spoke to college coaches at the Titans recruiting fair and all of them told me the same thing most of there are money makers and they don;t pay any attention to these exposure camps. " if you want me to recruit your players call me and send me a highlight tape" and that is what I have been doing for years and I have a lot of kids playing in college.
  4. Yes the Gallatin combine camp is for small colleges NAIA and DIII and FREE that is different than kids paying for "exposure" IF you read my post it simply said beware SOME are scams.
  5. I am confused I thought they hired a Hendersonville asst back in late February -early March
  6. 6 colleges were there, I thought I saw Cumberland, and Lindsey Wilson, but didn't recognize any of the others.
  7. Agreed, all the college coaches at the recruiting fair put on by the Titans last week said the same thing and that they don't pay any attention to the stuff they get from them.
  8. Mid TN is being bombarded with exposure camps promising college coaches and recruiting exposure. According to several coaches at the recruiting fair in Nashville yesterday these are just money makers for who ever sponsors them. College coaches rarely attend or get information from them. You want recruited make a high light tape and send it the colleges you want to play for and have your HS coach call them this will be much more effective than running the standard drills for so called scouts. Good Luck.
  9. I was referring to the kids transferring out. Sources in side the building says enrollment is dropping significantly. I thought all the teachers were leaving Cheatham.
  10. CD is not going to take a bad job for less money. Most people won't either. Chat might be a good guy but he did not help the last guy at all and with the exodus going on ER with have a hard time recovering regardless of who gets the job.
  11. Hard to believe a principal with 1 year at the helm in the county would have more clout than a 20+ veteran teacher coach who has had that much success.
  12. 2 thoughts -so what if kids are coming over, JPII was terrible, PS good hire. Are kids really transferring to an 0-10 program at the penalty of losing a year of eligibility, doubtful.
  13. Works in every other state, but doesn't make as much money - T$$AA. Totally $elfish & $tupid Athletic Assoc.
  14. We are not talking about the T$$AA's integrity we all know they have none because they are about money and not kids, but we are talking about the coaches and players that intentionally threw a tournament game. You clearly have little integrity as well as you continue to defend the wrong thing.
  15. Then you have no integrity just like these two coaches who should be fired and if you pulled this you should be too.
  16. Last I heard he was teaching math at Overton,
  17. Looking for assistants on TSSAA - where is Coach Malone from?
  18. Sorry kid has to transfer - but my thoughts exactly.
  19. Not sure I would want to work for a principal that would turn me in for a $500 for being honest about bad officiating. Now going on the radio or TV and blasting officials could be a different story. "a. Proposed Addition to Article I, Section 8a (Responsibility of the Principal and AD) of the TSSAA Bylaws: Officials shall be paid after the game providing they demonstrate knowledge of the rules and fair application to both teams. Failure to do so will result in non- payment.
  20. Not sure I would want to work for a principal that turn me in for being honest about bad officials. Now going out and publicly blasting them on TV or Radio could be a different story. A proposed addition to Article I, Section 8a (Responsibility of the Principal and AD) of the TSSAA Bylaws: Officials will be paid after the game provided the show knowledge and fair delegation of the rules. Failure to do will result in no payment.
