I dont think Farragut will show O.R. any mercy. O.R. has beat down teams for years and shown no mercy to those teams. Maybe if O.R. wouldn't have run the score up on alot of those teams, those same teams wouldnt be licking their chops at the chance to do the same to O Ridge.

Are you saying that Powell is not a tough team? All i am saying is Clinton has not faired too well against the better teams they have played this year and that this is their chance to beat a good playoff team friday night. I hope Clinton shows up and plays better since the pressure of making the playoffs isnt so high. I would rather be playing at home in the first round instead of Cleveland. How bout you? That is correct JD. Which ever team wins, that team will be the #2 seed! And that means a first round home game.

Saul Powell was ejected from last weeks game and will probably miss this weeks game. I say probably because i think Clinton is going to try to appeal. We should know something by wednesday or thursday. I'll keep you posted.

Besides the Oneida v.s Greenback game, this could be one of the best in the area friday night! I can't wait!! Powell has been very impressive since their loss to Maryville. Clinton's defence gives up too many yards in my opinion. Their offence can put up some impressive numbers. Clinton's defence needs to play the entire game like they played in the 4th quarter against Central.

You might be right, but every team that looked good at the jamboree has had a pretty good season so far and the teams that didnt look good have not.

I dont know alot about 1A football but i have heard that South Pittsburg is loaded, so i have to go with them right now!

I never have understood why kids wont come out and play for a program when they are down and losing. Have the kids ever thought that if they come out and play that they might make their team better? We went through the same thing @ Clinton when we were losing alot of games. We had players quitting and going to other schools to play. If you think you are a pretty good player, then come out and play for your school and make it a better program! Wartburg and O.S are going to get better and everyone just needs to be patient and get behing these kids and coaches and support them. Good luck to both!

I agree with smitty. Kids leaving Halls and going somewhere else to play or quit and not play at all will not help this Halls program get back on top. You have to stick it out through the good times and the bad. Only good things are going to come for Halls in the future.

[/color] I agree with you kidd. Everyone needs to come out friday night and cheer our Dragons on! These kids feed off of our fans and we need to make as much noise as we can and get that stadium a rockin'! This game is a chance for our team to host a first round playoff game and i dont know about you, but i would rather play @ home instead of Cleveland, Reah Co., or Redbank. Anyways, let's get the word out to show up early and get our stadium packed and hopefully we can beat a very good Powell team that wants to hand it to us since we beat them @ their house last year. I think with Westin running between the tackles and Kyle running outside, that one -two punch might be hard to stop next week. I hate to hear that Saul is gonna miss playing in his last game. This should be a very exciting game and i wouldnt miss it for the World! Go Dragons!!
