  1. That's real classy! Even though you started this immature crap you just can't seem to let it go. You go right back to the insults and ignore what I'm trying to tell you. It hasn't been called Northwest Georgia in a long time and I KNOW that no one in Georgia gives a darn about what you think either 'fatlegandahalf'! We don't live in a trailer park and we don't judge people that do. We also don't judge people that walk around looking and acting like a fairy. Don't be so concerned with me being in the high school forum. He has another year in middle school before he's in high school and we live in different state. I'll be sure to forward you all of my future post on this forum and the Georgia forum so you can approve them first. I'm sure you are LYFFAO!
  2. notsosexynasinglet: Go ahead an make an a** of yourself! I got the results from the Militia Duals website so if its incorrect go cuss them out. If you would read my other posts you would know that I'm not the one 'hatin'. I already said I like the guys at UTC and that we go over there to train sometimes, I also said congrats to both teams so there's no disrespect intended. I misread the abbreviated results on the website and it appeared there was some forfeits, it had been a long day when I read the post. I'm sure you have NEVER made a mistake. Apparently I offended you by posting these results, I wasn't trying to belittle your little bragging session you tried to get going! Grow up and get a life. By the way, if you could read, you would have noticed that my name is not 'wrestle40' even though YOU went on both forums and called me out by attacking me. The least you could have done was get my name right. Who's the real retard 'BRO'!
  3. Would have been a better dual without all of the forfeits.
  4. I agree with Matt, I think Sioredas would be a great choice. It would be a good opportunity for him to have success as a head coach in a familiar area (Chattanooga). I also think he would have a positive impact on wrestling in this area. I think Eslinger is a great coach but I would hate to see him leave Cleveland, he's on his way to doing great things over there and possibly changing the face of high school wrestling in Tennessee. From black to blue!
  5. I'm in no position to deny you or grant you permission for anything. But in reply to your question I can't help wandering... Who's mat is it? What does these rules state about wrestling for a club during this 'dead period'? As far as I know, these rules are addressing the relationship between the student athlete, his coach (school employee), and his training facility (school facility) during a specific period of time. I don't think that the TSSAA can regulate what a wrestler does on his own time as long as the school is not involved but I could be wrong. I've never heard of a 'dead period' for academics. I've never heard of a student being restricted from seeking the help of a tutor during the summer to improve his academic success the following year.
  6. I thought this was a wrestling forum. Lets settle this on the mat, instead of a 'team' dual to settle the score how about a 'fan' dual? Never mind, it would probably just result in a lot of trash talking, hair pulling and someone getting hit in the head with a chair. If wrestling fans wanted to see and hear all of that noise they would be at home watching that crap on the tv instead of watching the real wrestling at the arena. Something to consider for next year?
  7. There is no 'dead period' in this sport!
  8. I'm not surprised a bit, I've heard a lot of great things about Landon. Congratulations!
  9. If I'm not mistaken, he is still wrestling 14 and under 130# in Georgia. I saw him win a regular season USA tournament this year so if he must not be in high school yet. I believe he's in 8th grade.
  10. Georgia has several USA sanctioned Freestyle/Greco tournaments through the summer including the Southeast Regionals and the Georgia Games which is a three style Ironman event (a great open division tournament, I've seen everything from high schooler's to seniors citizens wrestle here). Alabama also has several AAU sanctioned Freestyle/Greco tournaments through the summer, just not as many as Georgia. Between the three states, there are many opportunities to wrestle through the summer. If you can travel a little farther, Florida wrestles all three style through the summer.
