first off.... dude this is a football thread we dont care about the mighty hendersonville boy's soccer team??(seriously its soccer---mens soccer at that) and we sure as heck dont care about your hockey team. and yes i do want something for Franklins football team winning how bout a state championship trophy in a couple weeks. And im gald you think your school is so tight? seriously truthfully i still dont care about what you think of your school no one attacked your school. next, they are not calling yazzie out personally(eventhough he guaranteed a Hville win---good call there) when the posters say Yazzie who, etc. they are saying what happened because literally 75% of your posts mentioned him and how he would play a major role and you were wrong that is why they are saying it i can guarantee that no one is attacking him personally. and i will even say that Yazzie was a non factor this game and did absolutly nothing. Franklin was putting a hard helmet on him everytime he got near the ball. and he isnt one of the brightest players either(not signaling for fair catches on well covered punts---even fumbling one of them). And stop saying all this crap about williamson county just automatically thinking they are better than everyone else. Every fan of every team is going to always have faith in their team some are just stronger thatn others(rightfully so). People say let your play do the talking and Franklin did tonight so their fans had every right to say that they would win and if Franklin had lost you would be all over the Franklin fans saying eat crow, etc. And i was at the game and think it was ridiculous how classless some of the Hville players were(not all of them just some) i saw more plays that would be continued way after the whistle and truthfully they were almost always Hville players doing it, but to be fair i did see a franklin player do it too. but my bigggest problem which has been addressed already was the late hit on sean Dye that was a patheic and classless moves and being a frustrated senior does not make it ok by any means(you lost- go home, get over it, it happens) Now talking about the game itself, someone before me posted that Hville was still in the game in the 4th which i dont disagrewe with because if they had scored on that one drive they would have but looking at the game overall you can not say Hville was competive. Their main drives they had were always fostered by(in my opinion) terrible calls by the ref that should have been no calls. and they could not compete with Franklin's D(which in my opinion has still yet to give up a legitimate touchdown offense vs defense in 10 straight quarters because the first one scored tonight was a BUSTED fake that got lucky and we had our special teams on the field not our defense and the other was against ALL second stringers) Also Franklins offense man handled Hville's defense no contest. Franklin ran the same running play to open two consecutive drives and they both went for 50+ yards plays to the endzone(literally exact play same side---straight at YAZZIE) and Nichols passing game didnt falter one bit in the terrible weather conditions. Franklin played a great game tonight and i think Franklin's fans summed it up best(the feelings of the fans and players)with their chant and Hvilles War team? they were out of it in the first quarter.... the most i saw or heard out of them was when they were the ones on the field(they actually probably had more energy and were moer pumped up for the game than the actual football team) but after they got in the stands and i was not impressed at all. yes they have a large grooup and woohoo alot of guys painted up but it doesnt do anything if they dont cheer and get into the game. so stop saying your fans are #1 in the state because tonight it looked as if they didnt even want to be there and it looked like they enjoyed throwing an inflatable birthday cake around than watching the game.... I dont get why people keep saying brentwood crushed Franklin.... if you say that you obviously werent at the game.... but besides that i see Franklins D keeping it up and shutting down Hville and stopping yazzie. with Franklin's offense coming out of the gates fast and jumping out early and then Franklin's D not allowing Hville to get back into the game.... 35-14

This thread is about Hville vs Franklin.... not Brentwood vs Franklin but while on the topic, to say that Bwood out-(blocked,ran,tackled,etc.) against Franklin has got to be the dumbest statement i have ever heard or else its just proving that Franklin is a better team because if they did all that better than Franklin and Barely, i mean BARLEY beat them..... idk it might get ugly when Franklin comes out in the rematch and plays like they can. I wouldnt have said that because i do realize that it is a different team than the one who lost to page.... mentally. and CHS just to let you know speed, height, etc are stats just of a different nature... but yes Centennial has a lot of speed and a tall guy(i dont know anything about your special teams) and yes those will come into play alot but all of your best skill players are on offense... its not spread out thats why you always get into these high scoring games. i still just dont think that Franklin's D will allow your 4 skill players on offense to outscore Franklin's much more well rounded offense. and yes a few injuries might affect Franklin's D but like i said early on Franklin has only allowed less than 10 pts on average against that list of teams earlier in the thread. i dont think our D can drop that much to let yall score 30+ points because that is what you will need to win. And before Centennial worries about the 4th quarter they need to fous on getting through the first three and staying within striking distance.

Ravenwood is the definition of inconsistent.... Beat Brentwood and BA lost to Centennial by 16 beat Columbia by 5(its Columbia...) beat Indy by 7(Indy has 3 WINS!) Beat Clarksville by 14(Decent) And besides the Clarksville game all of their wins have been by 7 or less.... Ravenwood reeks of inconsistency..... nuff said

idk about what other fans have said but Whihch one of these is a quality win? D) None of the Above correct answer D. played one truly solid-playing consistent team in Brentwood Result=loss Centennial is unproven. and now thinking about it most likely inconsistent too beating Ravenwood,Indy but having to eeek out a win against DC and losing to Page and being demolished by Brentwood.

Idk if that is really the same because talent levels are the same with Centennial and Indy. and your list shows teams losing to inferiorly talented teams aka Page over Centennial. (just to clear up my thought process behind adding them to the list) and yes i agree those could be big parts of the game but i feel like it wont be a game changer i feel like Franklin still had a solid enough defense to hold Centennial to well below their season average of scoring.

ya i misunderstood the original stat that is my fault... but what i am saying is that stats are the only thing we have to compare teams prior game time, so that is all we ahve to go by we know that when the game starts stats dont matter. and i still dont neccessarily agree with the 50/50 shot.... people use stats to prove their teams talent level and to prove that their team has a better chance of winning the game. which is exactly what you said- texas would win due to the talent gap and that is all that any fan is trying to prove when he/she reels off stats about his/her team. (and you coul replace Texas and SMU with a lackluster Tennessee team and Texas) because the only thing that is an indicator to who has a better chance of winning is stats. thats just what im saying, stats prove that a game isnt a 50/50 coin flip they prove that one team has a better chance to win but the keyword is CHANCE; there is always a chance the other team will win(going back to the list in your last text) thats what i have been attempting to say... o and you can add to your list Page over Centennial(sorry CHS fans in general)

so your saying that no matter what the records have been the entire season how poor or how well one of the teams is playing at the beginning of the game the chances of winning are equal?? so in essence your saying if we were to put up say the University of Texas against the mighty Mustangs of Southern Methodist there is a 50% chance either team will win basically you could flip a coin and if it hits heads the Mustangs win? it just doesnt work that way in sports.... i wish it were but its not.

A- Truthfully i could care less how many posts anyone user has, i'm not gonna watch what i say just because i jsut got a username. B- I agree stats mean nothing when it comes to gametime. anything can happen when a game starts... and like i have said everyone knows that. What i have been saying is that up until gametime stats are the only thing you have to go by to compare the two teams. and this message board thread is to talk about the UPCOMING game, so naturally stats are going to be a major topic of discussion. If you and your bud CHS 2007 can find some other way to compare the two teams before the game starts(other than mindlessly posting repeatedly that stats dont matter when the game starts) then please suggest it but truthfully i personally cant think of any other aspect to compare but im open to your ideas...
