The only known starter on suspension was/is the wide receiver Sizemore and I believe he was in the game. How to beat the Devils in two steps:(1)insert freshman Dback to pick fight with said receiver to reduce pass threat.(2) force QB to run inside tackles. Game over !

If the reserves didn't have a lot of playing time, this may explain the laundry being thrown at the LOS. It takes time to adjust to the speed of the game. I can see why coaches want to play their best both ways but they will pay the price. This could have implications on Thursday night if a starter goes out.

That"s a lot of questions to carry into week 6. Oh well, here's my take. 1) Johnson will be back at QB. If the Devils go down at Goodpasture without playing the starting QB, the OC will be taking an ink spot test on Monday. Hamilton will throw everything but the kitchen sink at this one. Coaches know when to invoke discipline. 2) Decision hasn't ben made. Sizemore is good but its what McEwen does after the catch that makes him great. Size could fill some of those shoes but he will need newspaper for the toes. 3) If the Devils have 11 players on the field, they will play four quarters. 4) If the bus is running, they will show up.

Just going by his playing time, Johnsons days are over at Blue Devil Country. Its week 5 and he has basically sit the last three. He's a good player and not the first to show some tude or look at college. Pride alone is all that's keeping him there now, but it won't be enough.

Truth is #8,McEwen,will be out at least 15 days for concussion. Johnson will return with a better attitude as wide receiver in his place(if he kisses the '97 ring).

I would have to agree that Denman from Dekalb is probably at the top. From what I saw him post last year at the state tourney and what the paper said about him, it's hard for him not to be #1.

In reply to your questions about WH, they did lose some key players last year. Most of them being post players. But that is not to say that they don't have any this year, they just aren't as experienced. As of right now it will be hard to tell because of so many players not playing due to football. They should have McMurtry playing point, or wing, Pointdexter playing low post, freshman Lahmenn playing high post, possibly low post. Tidwell playing some post, Hill playing some point or wing, Crouch playing some wing, possibly post but not likely due to his shooting skills (freshman btw). Thompson might go in at wing some. Not sure about all the rest. Should be interesting to see how they play together as a group right now because of most of our starters playing football.

Now there is an argument for both sides. Station Camp's being that White House only won by one point, and that had it not been raining then they wouldn't have dropped the hold. On the other end, White House didn't look too sharp on both ends either. This game, quite possibly, could be a last possession game. But, I believe that White House is on a roll, and that they cannot be stopped by Station Camp. They have too many weapons they can use against SC that it will overwhelm them. Not to say that it can't happen to WH because SC is very capable of doing the same thing to WH. But I don't think it will happen, not this year anyway. My prediction: WH-35 SC-21
