OZ by ten. The Lady Bulldogs won't be playing at home this year. They are playing better becasue they have many of their key players injured earlier in the year back, kike Armes and Foutain.

The Jordan girl was on cruches last week. She is their best player. That is what happend to them.

The tigers had a scrimmage tonight against Knox Christian and they won 10-4. They were a little rocky at the bat at first considering this was the first live pitching they have seen this year, any team would be a little rocky. But they started getting the bats going and started putting some runs on the board. As for their D, they looked pretty good for the first time on the field. The pitching rotation looked really good for them tonight also, I believe they let all 6 pitchers throw other than the Beasley kid cause he was having some problems with his hip. They also have 2 other pitchers coming from the basketball team after their season. But overall Good Job!

Won't see him. Dismissed from the team. Discipline issues at school. Big Time!

Rockwood has the #2 defense in the state right now. I think they will come out and put a strong defensive clinic tomorrow night. Rockwood-49 Grace-45

Ok guys, Rockwood is scheduled to have a scrimmage against some christian school friday so i'll let yall know how they do.

ok and if Rockwood doesn't have the season they should this year if you look at it they only lose one starter for next year. But I still think they will suprise people this year.

ok well im tired of trying to tell everyone but anyways it isn't up to what we think anyways I guess. We will just have to let the boys get out on the field and show us.

I don't see why everyone is throwing Rockwood into the ground. I have been to just a few of their practices but from what I see they don't look bad at all. Yeah they might have lost 8 starters but that doesn't mean they don't have talent anymore. I project Rockwood to have a young suprising team this year. I wouldn't put Wartburg or Grace in front of them in the Region but I could see them finishing behind Harriman or possible coming out on top.

Us down here in Rockwood wish Lookout Valley the best of luck also. Can't wait to get down there for the tourney and get some of that amazing food. With the Humphrey's kid don't know for a fact but I heard he got in trouble in a couple of his classes with multiple teachers and was dismissed from the team.

I like to think for a single A team that Rockwood High School has one of the best fields in East Tennessee

well I went to their practice yesterday and I'm going again today but yesterday they looked pretty good out there. For a young team they looked pretty mature out there to me. They were hitting the ball well and they don't look to bad out in the field either. I'm gonna say from what I saw that Rockwood is gonna impress a lot of people that are doubting them this year. Might even end up first in district and region . You never know!

What I want to know is how is everyone getting that Greenback is stacked? Cause the past to years they have not been good at all. Unless they got nine outstanding freshman this year. Because the large mohawk kid graduated for them and he was their best player

really? cause I keep hearing that Rockwood will more than likely finish second in that district and region. I hear that Rockwood has a pretty simple way to state also they just have to finish second in district and the region then win a usually easy substate game. Well either way the Tigers are still my team and I wish them the best of luck this season and wish the new coach the best of luck to have a great first year and hope he enjoys it down here.

I got a couple of questions here. How are they looking this season? Are we looking at another state bound season? I heard they lost all of last years starters except one. Doesn't sound too good for them, but how are their first couple of practices looking? Has anyone went and watch any?

not sure of the order their in but i know they play Sweetwater first. Then these out of order: Kingston, Harriman, Tellico Plains, Greenback, Grace Christian, Bledsoe County, Wartburg, Midway and I think Coalfield is the tenth team but like I said I don't know the order.

You know its funny how no1 will give Rockwood credit for any of their wins. Rockwood is a good ball team and everyone needs to just see that and start giving them credit.

The tigers had a big tonight . They won by twenty i believe. Sounds like the tigers are proving some people wrong by saying their overated. Everyone was saying how good Greenback was and how the tigers better be ready for them. I guess the tigers were ready and they showed that tonight.
