actually la only beat jc by 20 and they were never ahead by more. it was close at the half(5 points i think) don't think rbs could beat dekalb co. or upperman in the other district. my guess is they would not make it out of the district tourney in AA.

i'm sure you think they can beat shelbyville, raleigh egypt, bollivar, etc. such a homer!

i'm not saying they are state championship material. just saying they could compete with culleoka and all the avg. teams here in middle tennessee.

brandi brown should be a lock in the AA category. can't comment on the other classifications that much because other than the guard from cumberland county haven't seen anyone in A or AAA that stands out. the eighth grader from rbs will be one to watch over the next few yrs. though.

why is pickett a joke culleokarep? some would say that culleoka is way overrated!

clay co. wins, not for sure of the score but the game was never in jeopardy. clay co. gets out to a big first half lead and then maintains the whole second half. clay will play in the finals tomorrow and should beat either hermitage sprgs. or westmoreland.

if you read my post i said westmoreland deserved to win. their kids played hard and your right jc did miss some layups. however, jc did not have 30 turnovers. also, considering that westmoreland outscored jc 27-3 from the free throw line it was a good game. just would like to see it called the same on both ends.

jc did not intentionally foul until after the 1:00 mark. agree westmoreland has 3 solid players, however, jc had 2 starters foul out with 5 minutes to go and another with 4 fouls in the 3rd quarter. good luck to both squads the rest of the way.

first of all westmoreland deserved the game more. jc played the first quarter and a half and then disappeared. however, jc gets outscored from the free throw line 27-3 for the game. westmoreland shoots 38 free throws and jc shoots 4. go figure this. 2 of the 3 refs were horrible. the bald headed guy and the older man with gray hair were in the twilight zone. again i'm not saying they were the difference but go figure.

don't give up the ship yet. season is a long way from over. they just played the best team in the district to 3 points last friday night. coach and players both try really hard. get off their back!

best basketball game i've saw in many years, period!!!!!!!!!

i would say today's kids are bigger, stronger, and faster as a whole. however, there are tons more distractions than there was just 15-20 years ago. also, message boards like coach t were not around to remind the kids how good or bad they are. don't get me wrong, i like this site. just wish players would stay off and sometimes not even read.

your boys coach choose to move the game to 4:00. was suppose to be at 8:30.

jackson co. is a host school for the tourney. the people who drew up the tourney apparently didn't think jc would win or made a mistake i don't know for sure. the fact is jc is not gonna play at cookeville or baxter when they are a host school for the tourney. now the reason the game is at 4:00 is because of a death in the white county family. everyone at the jc gym did not get the word either. many had left before it was announced it would be played at 4:00. this was the reason for my post. white co. should not expect to play jc on another teams floor in a tourney jc is helping host.

Several games at the Mid-South Classic in Gainesboro have been changed for tomorrow. I know for a fact Jackson Co-White Co. has been moved to 4:00. Shelbyville and the team from Alabama boys play at 8:30 tomorrow night
