  4. This is truly a shame. I have been fortunate enough to witness first hand from the beginning at the AAU level what Coach Hamblin has done at Sycamore. It is really a shame that the kids are going to lose such a great coach.
  5. We are thinking of running one in October as a pre-season warm-up for America Crown and USA pre-season nationals. I think it would work. We go to OH and IN on a regular basis on Sundays.
  6. Does anyone know when or where the new TNAAU shcedule will be posted?
  7. We will have you and YOUR team in our thoughts and prayers tonight Coach Hamblin!
  8. Does anyone know when TNAAU is going to release this years schedule?

What was the reason for that ruling? That really restricts the states growth IMO. A smart/rich man would open up a nice wrestling academy and travel nationally with our kids to get them some national exposure. I applaud folks that are already doing this on their own dime and time by taking kids to Fargo etc.
  10. Very unfortunate for Sycamore Wrestling. Coach Hamblin is one of the best in the State IMO. I am sure there is another program that would love to have him!
  11. It would be great. The TNAAU kids normally don't get to start until December unless you travel to OH or GA. I would be great to see our kids get an opportunity to do some pre-seasom stuff even if it is just a takedown tournament.
  12. I only ask because the triple crown was Youth, MS, and HS. Any idea on when the TNAAU schedule will be released?
  13. I have to agree. Additionally if you look at the talent coming up through the AAU Youth it is very impressive. Last year's State Tournament was outstanding and Team TN had the most success in it's history at the AAU Elementary Duals.
  14. Talked to Wes and the MTWA CONFERENCE will be after the Region 4 AAU meeting on Aug 25th. Region 4 and 5 will meet on Aug 25th @ Wilson Central.
  15. Is this a HS only event or is it open to Youth and MS as well?
  16. I was really surprised that the Russian in the semis looked stronger than the Iranian. Jordan looked like he was on another level physically and technically though.
  17. Clarksville High is going to be exponentially better in the years to come due to these two coaches. There are not many schools that have one coach of their caliber and Clarksville High now has two! Awesome addition to wrestling in the Clarksville area. It's very exciting to have two coaches of their caliber in this area. I am looking forward to seeing the sport grow here due to their presence.
  18. I have to admit that I did not know anything about this camp until I saw this post. After looking up this camp all I can say is WOW! What a great accomplishment for your Son. Congratulations. Additionally thank you for being a great parent by sending your child not only to a great wrestling camp, but to a camp that also teaches the greatest lesson in this life, Salvation through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! I can't wait until my son is old enough to go to this great camp.
  19. Awesome addition to wrestling in the Clarksville area. I am sure that Coach Blosser will continue the winning tradition that Clarksville High has!
  20. AL also uses Track and you can also check their website at http://alabamawrestling.net/
