After watching the quarter finals and simi's it seems like the mustangs are on a role. I layed them last year and i knew theywere gong to be a great team. I just have to say Bell, Scott, KG, Get THAT RING and get hype like a well you know SUPERMAN---------

Ok sorry about this but haveto jump on this one as well. I played against Mckenzie last year and i thought the same thing about them, they r young and inexperienced, boy was I wrong. Pretty much everyne is returning next year for them and i think it will be them and fairview in the semi's cause they both r gona do great. The both have lots of talent and have great coaching and heart but the biggest thing they have going is their heart. Everyone keeps putting them down saying to young not good enough but thats what keeps them going. Good luck to both except when they play fairview.

I think fairview will do great next year. I wasnt the reason why we won the games we did I just di my part. Bobby Martin will have to step up and the line will also but everyone is mostly returning on the line. One person doesnt make the team, with the heart the young athletes display eveyday in the weight room no dobt the Yellow Jackets will go far. Hopefully by me accomplishing the things i did this past season will show them that if they work hard only great things will come out of it. I wish them the best of luck and go get that region title, and to the runningbacks try to let some of my records stay well just one haha good luck guys. Aaron Cothran

Everson was robbed when i was settin there i heard his stats called and i knew he won it but no sure didnt. A lot of us seemed like weshould have won. I still think it is a little weird that only 1 williamson co team won the award even when we had 2 kickers going for it and they both lost. Wow seems like almost yesterday we were out there tearin up the rec field for little league. As I look back these past 13 years have been the best we have grown together as a big family. We have set records, broke them, just everything together and everyone always said it will be us to do it. If you were to say my freshman year we'd eventually go to the playoffs some of us make all state and things as such id say your kind of crazy but when I saw the effort we put out during the last 4 years It all jus came together. We seemed unstoppable but if any teams make mistakes the will prolly end up not winning the game. We are the best team in a while and we show it boys. To jarrod I know you were not able to play this year and we could have used you man. It took guts to do what you did knowing what you'd go through to play and still do it but it is worth it and trust me we will play again together someday. Corey D. Whats up man you been a friend of mine since who knows how long. You are a major asset to this team and you comming back after a few years helped us out a lot trust me big guy our success had a little to do wit you. Big Lance you a heck of a fb player your jus so dang big haha you've always had my back and you always will, maybe we'll end up together on the same college team but who knows but we always remember the season we had this year. Joe what can i say All-State all the way next year your to big and too good not to get it, you helped majorly this year and trust me you will be awsome next year. My Fullback Adam S(THUNDER) haha You are one heck of as hitter I am jus glad you were on my team. I remember when we played against each other when we were little and I thought if we were on the same team the others team would be hurting. I still rember the Hit heard round fairview haha i know you do to, thanx man for all the memories and good times. Jamie (Hitman) What can I say , silence before the storm. You never really talk but when u do someone always laughs but your game is awsome. I know we have known each other for ever but this season got us closer man. Chris(Smiley) You have to time ur 40 with a sundial haha but what you lack in speed you make up with heart and talent. You are a great football player and I know you will prolly end up playing Baseball but whatever you do I know you will be good. Ryan Mangrum, you have to be the craziest guy I have ever met but you always made someone feel good. But dont ever let anyone say ur to small cause you pulled some major catches out against great teams, your jus as good friend and good athlete, Andrew Sison haha what can I say the smallest linebacker I have ever seen haha but You hit like a 6'6 300 pound guy, you have heart jus remember when it is the right time to use ur head haha j/p hope u succeed in whatever you do. Buttrey you finally joined the family again this year and although u didnt get to play this much on speacial teams you were the one laying the shots ur good man jus work hard and you'll do good. Victor, injuries played a factor on you but you came through and didnt let us down, you have heart and talent don let anything slow you down man. To the rest of the team you guys made things happen this year and next year you will turn some heads, Bobby and Zach step up man show them whats up. I want to thank you guys for everything you helped me achieve goals no one thought I could get and I couldnt have done it with out you. If I win Mr. Football it is dedicated to the 39 guys that wear the shiny Black and Gold. I leave you with this, Dont ever say you cant do anything because youve shown this year that you can overcome odds and come together as a team and make heads turn and have success. To put it this way it was 12-8 at halftime and it was like that till the last second of the 4th quarter and fairview held the ball umm prolly bout 3/4 of the time so u can see it was close and not sayin mckenzie upset fairview but to say fairview should have upset mckenzie [Edited by MrFootball22 on 11-11-02 7:36A]

To tigersDen: Tell jesse I said thanx, he is a great running back, I wish we could have had a rematch as well but stuff happens. I know he couldnt play against him and trust me if he did it would have been a diffrent story. This friday is a rematch of last year which we should have pulled it out but a couple slip plays gave them the lead and we couldnt get it back but this year no slip ups, if we play together we wont be beat, so jesse I know this doesnt mean much but from running back to another ill do what you should have done to them run all over them. Region 5 have tough competition but in the playoofs we should stick together to show everyone how tough we really are.

About the Fairview comment, we are going to win this game. Sure u said they have more weapons but you are wrong there as well my friend. I dont make the team up as everyone puts it out to be. Our line (One of the strongest in the state) has dominated all year. Our Full-Back(One of the hardest hitters in the state) Has been tearin up linebackers this whole season, Our Wide Recievers have made outstanding blocks and unbelievable catches this year and always come through when we need them, Our QB got off to a shacky start and is ready for Waverly, Our Defense well it speaks for itself the 3 big guys up front, good Db's in the back, and me and stinson in the middle, So to put it this way we have more weapons in the shed no one has brought them out to show off credit only goes to one person which really isnt right. So being Senior night, Being we are very rested, You will see Fairview dominate 28-14

Hey Patriot glad to see u can finally win a game to bad it was to a 2A team haha, by the way we are more than one dementional, I just run the ball that is it. I only played 2 1/2 quarters friday night with 3 td's but on most of our drives dusty England's accurate arm connected with a lot of recievers we are not jus a running team no more, but i wish harpeth best of luck to them and to page haha man looks like u should play ur cheerleaders this friday cause maybe someone out there on arno road actually knows how to play this sport.
