Lions 23, I was just defending myself about some of the comments that you made towards us. I really should care less but the only thing that I was really good at last year was my hustling and thats about the only thing i could do right but i did give it my all. Justin was the reason why we won most of the 11 games we won. He can really shoot the lights out. I am glad he moved because he will be more sucessful I know he didnt have much choice of where to go but he has a better chance of getting a scholarship there then at c-wood. I know he will be at the next level. I guess I am just jealous because he got to move away and play for a good coach while I was stuck in collinwood getting screwed over like he did last year. Sorry to offend you but it was mainly to defend myself and I will only talk positive towards him because that is what he deserves.Well coachbd the football players were horrible, where are you from. Im sure that you dont play for a school with a football team cause Im sure if you did the 3 players probably would have averaged about 40 points on you.

Havent seen too many 12a schools play but it seems to me that they are all down from last year except for wayne county so I give them the edge. As long as summertown doesnt win it I will be happy. And for defense101 Collinwood finished I believe 6th last year not 8th so get your facts strait before u make anymore stupid comments.

I Wish the best of luck to Justin Bryant and if wayne county makes it to the state just beat the private schools.

I cant speak for the other football players cause i dont know how they felt.But I played hard every second I was in there and you can ask any fan from collinwood about that and they will tell you. Thats all I am going to say.

SugarPie, I wasn't mad I was just trying to tell you a little about Collinwood. I can guarantee you that most 1A schools know who Collinwood is. We are not a dominate state champ, but we have had a pretty good program for several years and the last 3 years have been great. I know all the private schools know who and where we are.............lol Just a little humor. If you'll notice the "GO COLLINWOOD" is in our school color of green. It appears "robjim" helped you out with that. He is a follower of a very good school and he has been to Collinwood and knows the great atmosphere we have on Friday nights in Collinwood. By the way robjim, how are things going for CPA? We are scheduled to scrimmage DCA this Saturday at 11:00. I just hope we can give a good showing. The coaches have changed a lot of things and haven't had much time to prepare. I know I'm looking forward to the game and hope DCA has a safe trip down here. I didn't mean to confuse anyone. I see region 6a as being a very open region, in other words there is no favorite and the winner will be decided in the next 5 months. As a former player from Collinwood I know the work ethic of the coaches and the players that are still there, and they are very competitive. Sure they may not be led by Jon ward but they will have strong talent. One question, who else in region 6a has dominant players that cant be stopped. NO ONE!! So collinwood will be in the hunt but it all depends on how hard they work. No doubt they will have to work harder then the past years but they can do it. And as for all these teams who say they are going to run all over them, especially Waynesboro because yah'll always say this crap and look at what has happened the past 4 years collinwood has scored around 159 points to Waynesboros 31 so I would just wait and see what happens when season gets here. Collinwoods is a very nice stadium to be a public 1A. If there was money put into it, it would be one of the best in the state.

Well I havee never heard of ken Johnson, but I know he wasn't as good as Eric Davis and besides I know one or maybe two players that could cover him.

The best 1A team in the past 5 years has to be when cooper wallace was at CPA. I was a sophomore that year at collinwood, and we made it to the semi finals but we would have had no chance against them in the finals. I believe they could have competed with just about any team in the state that year.

Broome why do you hate ward victory and green so much. Is it because they got all the recognition that you thought scottie should get. There wont be another Jon ward to come along for many years so quit hating on all of, us we deserve a little respect. Scottie is not the suppe star of all times.

I agree with Deswar. Look at the all state team I don't remember many CPA players. They had no weak spots and all were good players thats why they won. But as far as talent Collinwood was still up there at the top. And to the usj fan the game between collinwood and CPA was closer than the score we went for it 3 times on fourth down inside our own 30 and didn't get it and CPA scored. This was late in the game. We were dominated by their defense but our defense did pretty well untill late in the fourth quarter. And as for Scottie he said that Arkansas State ws interested the coach came down last week sometime and only talked to 2 players and Scottie wasn't one of them it was jonathan And Jacob. Scottie wsn't even offered by UNA Shaun, Jacob , AND JONATHAN BOTH WERE, SO I FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE SCOTTIE IS BEING LOOKED AT BY MORE SCHOOLS THEN THE REST OF ANY PLAYER ON COLLINOODS TEAM ( ESPECIALLY JONATHAN)Sorry about the caps lock I accidentally pushed it on.

What is wrong with Floridaboy, I think it is a little more than just the heat. The only game I see being close is the Collinwood/CPA game but I think collinwood will come out on top. I have never heard of powell valley surely Cloudland can beat them. And as for Ezell it will be there last blowout!!!!!
