7-5 overall in 2004 with a win over Fulton and everybody is thrilled.....increase in student population that didn't improve athlete pool moves LC to 4A in 2005. Competitive and scrappy group in 2005 that probably could challenged for the previous 3A region. This has nothing to do with Coach White's ability as a coach but to a communities "me" first attitude that is way out of the realm of reality...any coach that takes this job is putting themsleves in a poor situation..take a look at your region and be realistic...players will not support their coach when their parents are constantly ripping, harrassing, and being down right ugly to the people who sacrifice time from their own families to coach...good luck LC...Coach White's effectiveness was over because the community took it andmade it impossible to turn anything around...take a close look at yourselves LC community and if this upsets you then it probably is hitting too close to home....support your future coaches and let them do their jobs...good luck Coach White there are better things on your horizon.

Prairie High School in Brush Prairie Washington looks to be pretty darn good. Ranked 20th in the nation #1 in the state of Washington and a 3-0 performance in the Nike Tournament of Champions in Phoenix, Arizona. Tennessee girls basketball is pretty good but these folks seem to have tha athletes.

To beat Shelbyville you better be able to shoot the 3. Beech almost pulled it off last year because they had great perimeter shooters. They are just to big and athletic in the paint. Jackson pulled it off once by packing it in and letting them shoot outside but paid for that in the second meeting. Greeneville might have the best shot at them but I just can't see it happening. I would like to see Powell pull it off and I do think they can get to the title game. The AA semis should be awesome....Seymour has the right ingredients to win it all and Coach Moore really gets the most out of his players. Livingston is still Livingston and will be there at the end. McMinn Central if hot can be trouble...they play tenacious defense and really took it to Jackson Co. in the Sub-State.....OS, Livingston, and Seymour all have guards that can handle their pressure better than JC did (it was ugly). You might want to check the schedule this season..it is as tough as it gets Sevier Co., Mt. Juliet. Oak Ridge, Livingston and they also play Greeneville and Mo-West in district play. They are a very good basketball team and well coached. Look for them come tournament time.

The Rebels dont get enough credit.

The Maryville Rebels did squeak one out against West High, but they always find a way to win. And if you do come to Maryville beware of the fans. They will be in your head the whole game.

Maryville Rebels have strength at every position. They will be tuff to beat.

I've won a few more games on Playstation 2 NCAA basketball....can I post these on my overall record.....how about rec league games in college? A few words of advice to all...don't self promote, thinks kids first, coach with passion for the kids and you will eventually be successful....or slap a nike charm on your lapel, post a a website and beg for attention. Just 2 cents, nothing more
