i was right in front of Chokes..I mean Doaks when he pushed Peter Snell of JCS right in the back running down the floor....And for the fact he had to guys on him all night...thats the reason why he ONLY had 12 points....the better player of the night was North from JCS....The student section was funny and a little more exciting...it was better than yall in your wife beaters and only saying roll tide....oh by the way, that was a nice dunk Chokes had...oh wait he MISSED it! Hey bro...i know every person on that team and i know they were never recruited...just because someones dad got a job at union planters then there sun transfered to JCS doesnt mean he got recruited....It means his dad got a better job and wanted him to go to a BETTER school to get a BETTER educationg...so dont knock them for working hard....Coach Villinger has built that program up since he has gotten there...his first two seasaon were his only two season because he hadnt gotten his system in and the players werent there....but his third season it worked....and he hasnt stopped since then....5 years in a row with 20 wins or more...a district championship,runner-up, region runner-up and region championship, and two sub-state births....he makes his teams work hard....And he doesnt always have the best talent he just gets the most out of them and play hard and smart for him and he wins with that...but he does have a player in Alan North this year, but the rest of the team is really good as well.....This team however is not as good as the team in 2001-2002 who got beat by Trey Pearson and South Fulton...so before you make the recruiting accusastion get your facts right bro

gomab what about WC...they cant go to state now...they got beat by a better team...i guess thats what you get when you play a weak schedule and you get overrated

WC does not have a better team than JCS.....JCS outplayed/outcoached them for 3 out of the 4 quaters....and they are moving on to the championship and the substate WC is not

they dont play a tough enough schedule and they were very overrated....JCS and Middleton will be state contenders

i dont think west carroll outplayed or especially outcoached JCS...im sure JCS would have made a run IF jcs had gotten down...they couldnt have been outplayed or coached if they lead just about the entire game

West Carroll got beat tonight and is done for the season after Jackson Christian beat them by I believe 14 points or something around that....give Jackson Christian credit because they have been underrated all season

TN has some pretty good talent...and I think Tyler will make a pretty big impact with the vols next year....him and the watson kid that was Kentucky mr. basketball last season will make a good combo and with the dotson kid coming in too, it will be good....the key is that buzz gets them to play up to potential EVERY game instead of just the big name schools

WHO CARES....HE GOT KICKED OUT OF THE GAME!........if he got kicked out then he should have to sit the bench for two games.....NO MATTER WHAT POINT OF THE SEASON IT IS.....he should have known better.....after the foul was called dead you should stop and hand the ball to the referee, so he should have been given a tech for dunking after the play was dead....and the TSSAA has no guts what so ever to re-instate Doaks......he screwed up and should have to live up to his mistakes...If it would have been a player off the bench the TSSAA would have upheld the ruling...I dont care if he is senior.....hes a big boy now and in the real world when you make a mistake you have to face the consequences that follow those actions.....if you miss work too much, you will get fired from your job.....the TSSAA should really be ashamed of themselves for overturning it!

As for Doaks, if the behavior I saw out of him at the first LC-Trenton game was any indication, this was a long time coming. And for those complaining about what might have been a questionable foul call (wasn't there, don't know exactly what happened) refs don't have in their mind during a game who has how many fouls. They see a foul, they call a foul. If Doaks did indeed take off and dunk the ball well after the ball was dead, he deserved a technical. Then if he mouthed off to the officials, he deserved another technical. That's the rules, it doesn't matter whether it's a meaningless nonconference game in November or the district semi-finals. If you call it one way in one game, you call it the same way in another game. Lake County's fans are obnoxious, rude and sometimes downright vulgar; being a recent LCHS graduate, I'll be the first to admit that. And they all know they are, and they're proud of it, too. But don't kid yourself; the fans from Trenton and Halls are just as bad. I think it is pretty obvious that Sisco has no control of his players. He didn't have control of his players at Lake County (see: dressing out 5 players and a manager for a game during Christmas break when about half the team decided not to show up one night, and taking the whole team to Lexington in his extended-cab pickup because it wasn't worth driving a bus for 6 people), and he doesn't have it now at Peabody. All he does is yell and stomp that foot all the time, and no one takes him seriously. Trenton may be in a world of trouble now without Doaks for the district consolation (where losing to Middle College is almost a certainty now) and then probably against Greenfield in the first round of the regionals. 30 seconds of stupidity on his part might have cost his team a shot at the regional title and/or the state tournament. Probably cost him his shot at Mr. Basketball, too. I was going to make a comment but....bigwes said it all....Both fans should read and think about it.......this guy is right

dont rag him because he's in college and keeping up with something he loves...im sure its not high school basketball...anyways your probably a parent or a older fan of WC and you are doing the same thing he is....but you are right....it does take a good team to overcome a 22 point deficit in the 4th quater and if WC did then they are a good team....but my thought is they have to play either Middleton or JCS and thats not something they want to do....their TEAM defense is too good and will stop WC (maybe not shut down Webb, but the will stop WC)

i dont think WC can beay JCS or Middlton either...and Webb has always gotten pushed around....he doesnt like to be physical...and just because he got recruited by Ole Miss and is going there just means coach Barnes thinks he could be useful in a few years....but i dont think he will make an impact untill maybe his senior year....its the SEC and he needs to get bigger and want to hit people or he will be heat and beat upon his whole carreer at Ole Miss

what about Allan North at JCS.....he is a very good shooter, can drive the lane, and dish off....he had 40 points or more i think at least twice this year and 30 or more at least 7 times or so.....i think he is the most underrated point gaurd in the state

he will fit in great at UTC with Coach Schulamn, he will get the best out of Doaks....he looks like the typical UTC player (which is a good thing....i go to school there) I dont think he could have played at a big time school.....he's too small to play the 4 or 5 and cant put the ball on the floor all that well to be a 3 and not that good enough outside shooter to be a big 2 man.......those guys in the SEC, ACC, and other major conferences are bigger, stronger, and just a little better (not taking anything away from Doaks)...he's s perfect fit for UTC and the SOCON conference

wrong again...that state of Indiana now has classes in all sports including basketball and have for about 4 to 5 years ago.....who cares if Marshall County is 4a in football...that doesnt make them a 4a basketball school in basketball

ummm Marshall County KY is not 4A......Kentucky does not have classes in basketball.....everyone plays everyone for a state tittle...like it should be everywhere.....just wanted to make that clear to you

you are wrong...they won a state tittle his sophomore year and lost in the second round his junior year and in the first year his senior year....i would say Tey Pearson was one of the best of all time but Tony Delk is the best....he accomplished alot in high school and even more at UK where he is the 10th leading scorer of all time there at history rich school

figures that statement would come from an Adamsville fan....I wonder why...because except for the 03 team Adamsville has gotten beat by JCS and USJ handly since the 2000 season and they think they recruit...get over it.....Coach Martin is a great coach and he will always have his team ready to paly..that I agree with and so will JCS's Coach Villinger...and North is not all JCS has this year and next
