I heard the announcers calling those penalties a sideline warning, however that was not what the penalty was. The refs were calling a penalty for aiding the runner.

Just to add more information to the above post, I think Page still had a timeout at this point in the game. Giles had to run the ball untill Page had used it's final timeout.
