  1. Davidson over Moseley at 103 and Bellett over Simpson at 119
  2. Wrestling poorly? He's 30-5 this year. You sir are an ignorant buffoon.
  3. You "mispelt" misspelled. Go Irishdad! quote name='irishdad' date='Jan 28 2007 - 11:54 AM' post='826349188'] Dear Rloser, Face to Face is a term used to describe actually speaking to some one face to face instead of by some other means IE radio, phone or computer. It does not mean to look for a squab. Pityful was mispelt on purpose to emphasis the word PITY. Closing comments, the IRISH wrestlers did not spend much time on their backs. In fact the score does not really refLect the match. If you take away the twelve points that Frank's sons scored it would not have been close. They are both very good young men and wrestlers. One advantage was older brother Patrick in attendance. That had to be a great morale booster. You all must face the fact that my beloved Irish won and still hold a 7-3 advantage in this contest. Try and spin that on all you Irish haters!!!!!!!! As, I have said in the past it is all practice till state. GOD BLESS MY BELOVED IRISH CYA IN CLARKSVILLE!!!!!!!!
  4. He's back!!! He still wants to fight someone!! And he still can't spell. Pityful??? clean "theres"????
  5. Yep. MBA 215 won by fall in first period.
  6. So..... McCallie is already in the championship final of the State Dual? Hmmmm
  7. USA1... Now that was great post!
  8. This is always a great match. Ryan will be ready but MBA should win.... assuming, of course, that IRISHDAD is not running the clock.
  9. Baylor?????!!!!! You must be smoking something!
  10. Word is that Matt Bubis is going to wrestle heavywieght thumb for MBA in this match.
  11. The chair was thrown by Spencer Manley's father with about 30 seconds left in Spencers match. Apparently he was enraged by the McCallie coaches edict that Manley had to wrestle up to 152. After the match, Spencer and his father spent some time under the bleachers and I don't think they were happy campers.
  12. Irishdad: What did you tell Tim Abel? At least 2 people heard you say "3 seconds". Why were you the one running the clock given the distinct possibilty that you would be distracted, because of your personal involvement, to the point where you would "forget" to push the buzzer? Knowing in advance that the crowd would be extremly loud, why wasn't someone there to tap the ref when time expired? Your apology is accepted and I hope for the sake of the wrestlers that this kind of thing never happens again.
  13. Please then, explain why Irishdad told the referee that 3 seconds remained on the clock as Hiller reversed Simpson. Irishdad should be embarrased, not because he was "involved" in the match but because he was not honest. Period. The fact that he was the time keeper is inexcusable.
