the big players stepped up - Santi, Fisher, Holdbert, Townsend. These big time players showed why they're so well respected. Either team deserved to win! It may have seemed like such a huge win/loss tonight, but it doesn't matter with the playoffs starting next week. Fantastic effort by all players tonight

any early perdictions?

Lausanne will still be a good team, but I think that Briarcrest might pass them up as maybe the top Memphis D2 school... Whoever is the best out of anywhere will have to face BA though

Brentwood Academy play Giles Co. on January 13 at BA, and again on January 27 in Giles Co. This is going to be two amazing games with both teams having awesome student crowds. Both game times are at 7:30.. I can't wait

i dont think anyone's choice on the game can be a wrong one with the matchup being so close

BA hosts MBA on friday night and this will be the best game of the regular season throughout the state, im my opinion. I also think that it is basically too close to predict the score. Whoever can cut out stupid penalties and turnovers, I think will come out the victor heading into the playoffs. Even though it's MBA/BA, I don't believe that it is as important as the playoffs that start the next week. It should be an emotionally charged game.

braswell was back for baylor and ran the ball very hard. true, the ba defense gave up way too many yards, but the bottom line is they held on the goaline and only gave up 11 points. baylor put their whole season into this game because if they won, they're in the playoffs. ba did what they had to do, and won the game. missing a starting d-lineman and starting tailback, and still winning 39-11. i think thats good enough. theo WILL be back next week against MBA even though the game truely doesn't mean much will the playoffs starting the next week and the seedings are already set. it will still be the best game of the regular season. overall, good game by ba

big papa, you've got some serious problems.. about the split? public cried and made their own division.. luckily, we get to scrimmage dickson co. every summer included this most recent won where were we made them look like a middle school team. all of our starters enjoyed the sideline by middle of 2nd quarter. good game! .. were you at the scrimmage?? all I'm saying is, we (ba) will play any team at any time. the reason we went to illinios and kentucky was because no team would play us. we even had to pay these teams to play us. we would have loved to have played dickson co., brentwood, franklin or any other "powerhouse".. you know where our school is, give Flatt a call, I'm sure we'd play you

in the 3rd quarter, ba was on oakland 50-0... but yea, 14-3 franklin? uh.. ok..franklin 1st in county? dont think so

the best game of the night by far is the BA vs MBA game.. best game of the year

as past games show you, it doesn't matter what the teams are ranked because it's BA vs. MBA.. all records and rankings don't matter when both teams step on the field.. true, this is a great MBA team, but this is still BA! It'll be the best game of the year.. too close to call who wins. whoever wins, deserves it

just get into the clinic bowl and maybe your "big" wins over brentwood will mean something.. bhs has NEVER beaten ba in over 30 years.. we'll play franklin anytime.. too bad public cried and made us split up.. franklin knows our phone #, give us a call
