Ezell has been bringing in players for about five years now!! It wasn't to long ago that they were a laughing stock!! I guess that is why the program went state wide to find talent! Lipscomb will physically run ezell over and goodpastor has a super player in Turner ! I hope they both beats the brakes off of ya'll

It's good to see a player of a rival team not be in denial about the ability of his own team. Yes it is true, If Fairview does Play an errorless game they will have a shot, anybody would. But errors are somthing that you have to overcome because they happen. I wish you and your team good luck next monday and would invite everyone around to come see a great game!

I just thought it was kinda funny that now that the season has started and the so called high caliber matchup between marshall co and mt pleasnt is over and Marshall co blew out spring hill 9-3 that there is no one still talking about how weak marshall county is this year.Well the first real test will come next wednesday as Marshall County takes on Page in the first district matchup this year.Good luck to all teams this season [Edited by Tigercatchr on 3-12-03 9:26A]

I don't understand where you are getting you stats from. Because whenever we(Marshall County Storm) played you this summer you all got roped. Who was it that put you in the loosers bracket in district? THe best pitcher you all have sophomore wise is pierce and no offence but he wasn't anything great. They may have been invited to go but it was only to keep Tyler company. They have a really good team. But there is only 1 legit D-1 player on that team.

All you people out there should not count out Marshall County. We have a vetern team. We have one state qualifier and six people that were one match away from going to state last year that are returning this year, and have four more that will be good this year.

Riverdale got beat by Marshall County last Tuesday

MCHSBaller- What world are you living in saying Marshall County got shut down and Mont. Central would of won if it wasn't for tournovers and a slippery ball.Do you think the ball wasn't as wet or their was a big umbrella over just the tigers.The conditions were the same for both teams.If I was you i would be happy that it was raining because if it wasn't Im positive Marshall County would of dominated.Mario Davis(#4),RB with a 4.4 40, wasn't even in the game as not to risk an injury.Im sure if Marshall County was worried about this game they would of been more agressive.Actually, our coach wanted to punt starting on 3rd down just to give the ball back to you all deep in your own zone because you wern't moving it to well. And when we did punt, our punter was hit twice after clearly kicking the ball and both times no penalty was called.But Marshall county was able to prevail over the elements and take the "W"

I hope you are being sarcastic.Yes we still have a baseball team. Coach George isan't going to let football in Marshall Co dominate his tradition with his program.But it does seem as if football is taking over in marshall co.Ever since the program has been turned around attendence has gradually dropped.We are lucky to get 10 fans(not counting parents)at our home games.Hopefully the baseball program will become as big and respectable as it used to be just a few years back.But it is football season so we should give them their time to shine.
