yeah Pats, the West-DB info you got is kinda wrong. West's O didnt score, in fact the gave up 2 touchdowns themselves.

West beat G-ville 14-0, and that was without their startin TB. West O took a little while to get goin but play selection might have been around 4 plays

yeah this is our place kicker's 1st year starting and i think he did a nice job, that last one was about 2 yards short. yeah i think the starter's score was 14-14 my mistake

medman, central should have got some rest, they took 2 minutes in between each play.

West vs DB was ugly, the west offense gave up 2 touchdown interceptions and fumbled a lot. the only score against the west defense by DB was a field goal after Db recovered a fumbled on about the 50 and made a couple of good catches to set up around the 20 but West's D held and forced a field goal. The only score was a West safety. West vs Tennessee high was pretty much controlled by West. The Defense handled the wing t pretty well. The 1st score was from the Denfense when Rice batted away a pass into the arms of DE Brandon Fanney, Fanney returned it for a TD. West QB John Minnich landed on his hand and suffered a deep bruise, everyone thought it was broken. Sophmore King, and Junior Rice tried to take the load but the offense commited to many fumbles to count, most from the center-QB exchange. Minnich should be fine in a week or two. West vs Central was a good scrimmage by both sides. Central had some good runs off the option with the QB and jackson. Then West blew coverage twice and Central took atvantage with good passes into the endzone- one was a hailmary kind and no one knew the reciever was standing in the endzone wide open. The West D really turned it up and allowed no more scores with the 1's. West's O scored 4 times. Everything i posted is regarding the 1st team players. Of all teams

xx heat, last time i checked the subs usually aren't the ones playin on friday night. i hate the 10 play format, i mean it doesn't go like that in a game so why even do it.

Tyler Gaskin- Maryville. No increadible speed but is a solid reciever. MVP of the 4A state championship last year.

Stars, thanks for the conformation. i noticed parnell playing halfback and DT. yeah your right about byner being quick, the kid has some moves. does anyone know the starting secondary will be? i imagine gaskin and maybe rouse will be there but which younger guys are playing. little clement?

Pats, just wonderin why you think the West fans are so disrespectful. Actually they're not loud at all and are sometimes lame. I was just wonderin if you were at a game where they seemed disrespectful cause i might have forgot about it or somethin. you think greenevilles fans are dedicated? they might be but you need to add disrespectful as well. their student section tried to have a b.b.q at west's stadium, and then they had those cowbells in the endzone. oh yeah i thought it was a nice touch of class for them to chant "roll him off the field" when e-man got injured.

Parnell and Byner were splitting time at one of the halfback positions or their the 2 half backs? haha i'm pretty sure you meant one of the positions but i didnt know cause crazy stuff happens

so this has info on all the highschool teams in the state right? someone also said it has the info on players too, if so it sounds good

West will lose to Greeneville and Jeff and whatever else you said. I wish you would have kept your fbwiz name. i even started a thread called "fbwiz where are you". that was after the Jeff co.-West game. But you never responded. i couldn't reply in that last thread cause they locked it down.

I'm not from the mid-state area so i can't follow those teams as closely, but what was the deal with Columbia Central in 2001, i remember they went undefeated. Did they just have a nice amount of talent or are they always good. I haven't heard anyone mention them so i was kinda confused.

Bud, that may have been the best post i have ever read. Since you are a DB fan maybe you could fill me in on who's going to be the tailback this year. I remember McMillan played TB didn't he? i just didn't know who would this year.
