The scrimmage day with LA is Tuesday August 8. Cookeville went to Blackman today and got rained out. Cookeville didnt work with anyone today. August 11 is scrimmage with Blackman and Oak Ridge at Cookeville

In 7-AAA Girls.. it should be Riverdale playing White Co on THursday at 4:00pm and Siegel and Cookeville playing thursday at 7:00pm in the other semifinal.

Blackman @ Cookeville will start at 5:00 tonight

The TSSAA gets 50% of the gate and then both schools involved will get 25% each.

cookeville never called a timeout nor scored with 1 second to go.. Cookeville didnt even have the ball... Lincoln Co. had the ball at the end because they had just kicked a field goal and got the onside kick with less than 40 seconds left in the game. I am sure there wasnt any strong words exchanged between the two coaches because they are good friends... So hope that helps to clarify it..

Cookeville had all backups in after it was 14-14 for the rest of the scrimmage.

It was 14-14 with the starters until both teams started subbing younger players into the action. Both teams starters played about half of the scrimmage. From that point, Oak Ridge did outscore Cookeville 28-0. Good Luck to both teams this year.
