if you are talking best coaches in TN you have to mention C.W. Pemberton, he coached that awesome Rockwood Tiger defense to the state championship in 1976. he made his return to coaching for a year in 2000 but hung it up again due to health problems

Playing for Coach D was a great experience, he was a great person all around, Rockwood has lost a awesome coach, but it is understandable why he left

keep talkin trash like you always do OS, look at what you lost from last season practically your whole team, now look at what RW lost Gallaher:a big loss, 3 Oline, one dend, one dline,one LB, one saftey. and we just reloaded over the winter so strap it on and get ready cause the tigers are coming. And dont even start braggin about that game from last year, you won just b/c we dont have a kicker, it was a hard fought game from both sides

Bryson Pryor from Rockwood is one of the best in 2A he is a soild mass to hit.

Coach Lane from Rockwood is the best coach in East TN, if not the entire state. He took RW to the state from 99-01 and was one game away from going last year. He gets his players motivated in a way that I have not seen out of any other coach, he just has thisfire in his eyes that makes you want to rip someone's head off. If you have ever went though one of his pregame speaches you know what I mean.
