if you are talking best coaches in TN you have to mention C.W. Pemberton, he coached that awesome Rockwood Tiger defense to the state championship in 1976. he made his return to coaching for a year in 2000 but hung it up again due to health problems

Playing for Coach D was a great experience, he was a great person all around, Rockwood has lost a awesome coach, but it is understandable why he left

Bryson Pryor from Rockwood is one of the best in 2A he is a soild mass to hit.

Coach Lane from Rockwood is the best coach in East TN, if not the entire state. He took RW to the state from 99-01 and was one game away from going last year. He gets his players motivated in a way that I have not seen out of any other coach, he just has thisfire in his eyes that makes you want to rip someone's head off. If you have ever went though one of his pregame speaches you know what I mean.

Cosby has been the toughtest place to play that I have seem in a while it's not that they are loud, the reffs are from that area, there are constant racial slurs and threats coming from the stands, and the school adminsitration does nothing.

The tigers look as if they are coming back to the type of ball that they were playing at the first of the season. They have alot of confidence after last nights win over Kingston. Josh Lawhon from William Blount. I never got to see him play but saw him on TV, this kid has pure hate running trough his veins. I went to Boys State @ tech this summer with him, and he is crazy. If I am not mistaken he made all state. Also look for Bryson Pryor from Rockwood to be a force next year at MLB for the tigers
