Are we talking about who played the most in college or who was the best in high school.

I can't think of a better lineman than Ben Jackson. The ONLY person, I know of, in county history to make All-state on both sideds of the ball. He also made a prep All-American team his senior year. THE most dominating player I have ever seen come out of Morgan Co.

They would be crazy if they didn't. Coach Whitefield is a hard-nosed, hard-working coach that deserves the chance to be the next head coach at Fairview. The kids respect and play hard for him. Coach Whitefield is good in the classroom, which is something that the administration will want. Coach Whitefield is noted as being a great defensive mind. But, his offensive mind could be even better. He would provide the stability that the athletes at Fairview high school need and deserve. I sincerely hope he gets the job.

Is Cavalla O'Neil going to play this week? I heard he went down early with a shoulder injury last week. In my opinion, O'neil is the best player in the region. It would be a huge loss for the tigers if he didn't get to play.

Marshall County know has two double threats on the field at the same time, Morris and O'neal. Both can play the position of QB and both can throw the ball as well as tuck it and run. Are you telling me that Masrshall Co. will be fast?

Players make the defense work not the formation. It is the coaches job to put their kids in the best situation to make a play, hence, all the various defenses used in football today. If the 3-3 stack allows you to utilize your strengths then you need to run it. If the 3-3 doesn't utilize your defense's strengths why would you want to run it?

Kenwood and Waverly. Last year we scrimmaged Strattford and Waverly. Who does Cheatham and Sycamore have for their fall scrimmages?
