I think it will be a hard-fought game. Cheatham is tough! I will not make a prediction on this game because predictions mean nothing! The only time I make a prediction is when I want to get a rise out of people. The winner will be the team with the least turnovers! Good luck to both teams Friday. I will answer any question you have for me Mr. Jackson. I thought Lewis would beat Cheatham because they were playing well the weeks prior to playing Cheatham. Chaetham had to goto Lewis Co. And to be quite honest I thought Lewis's defense would shut down Cheatham's running attack. I was wrong about that! BUT the thread was about Fairview and Lewis Co. Not Cheatham and Lewis Co. Furthermore I never called Joey an idiot for making that prediction. That was CoachNeg who is an idiot. You boys need to get your facts straight. Good job on the win Friday night boys! Mr. Jackson, First of all I NEVER disrespected Joey's prediction of the Lewis Co. game. If you and your brother would read my post you would see that I was asking Joey to give his reason why he thought Lewis was better than Fairview. I have always respected Joey's reasoning for picking the winners of all sports contests. If I were to ask you why you thought Cheatham would beat Loretto would that be disrespectful? You and your brother do not understand that term. I never bashed Joey but he sure did take a few jabs as soon as he could at his old coach. THAT IS DISRESPECTFUL!!!!! And by the way I did act very immature while posting on that thread. I know better than to argue with a kid. I also know better than to expect mature responses from someone so geographically biased. I do have a message for Joey though. I know that your are a HUGE Cheatham fan and that the Cheatham / Fairview game is going to be huge. You don't have to come up with reasons to get mad at me so that you can feel "more loyal" to your colors. I know that you will be pulling for the cubbies. I wouldn't want it any other way. But because I now coach for a rival school doesn't mean that you have to be disrespectful to me. You have been known to get all worked up over the smallest things. Actually I never said you disrespected Fairview! What I said was that you were down on Fairview the last few weeks (meaning you started out during the summer time talking very highly of the Jackets and now you are not) and I asked you to give your reasons why. SO, before you get on here shooting off at the mouth to your old coach, who you have shown very little respect to by the way, you need to re-read my previous post. I could care less what people think about my team. I don't care about the polls either. If I'm not mistaken the Cubs were on that poll this time last year. All that matters is how hard you play on Friday night. Fairview will be ready this Friday night as well as the next two Friday nights. If you predict Fairview to lose this Friday that is your opinion. Shoot, I don't care if you predict the Jackets to lose out. I know what this team is capable of and you don't. That is the fact! To all Fairview players, The majority of people who are posting on this thread have not seen you play. They have not seen Hillwood play either! Let's review the facts.....FHS is 2-0. Hillwood is 2-0. Both teams have plenty of athletes. Both teams have good linemen. Both teams have good offensive and defensive schemes. BUT the players make the plays. Quit talking and start preparing.
