Well im gonna do one thing i abosuletly hate to do which is go back to a past game.. Now im incorrect i appoligize.. But lewis county got beat by Hickman last year.. Thats Hickman. Fairview killed them.. now i dont know how many seniors lewis county had starting last year .. But fairview only lost 4 starters from last year. So pretty much everyone is back.. Now ur saying ahh lewis and camden will kill yall.. Who have YALL PLAYED!!?? have u played the number 1 team in the state?? which is fairviews only loss.. Fairview always loses one game a season which tells them they need to get their heads on straight.. 2 years ago the lost to Montgomery Central of all people.. UPSET.. but they buckled down and went on to beat the number 1,2,and 3 seed teams on the road to win region. But obviously out there in god's country people dont look at statewide statistics.. Just on how good their doin in their region.. Which is weak if u ask me. But thats my oppinion..

In my oppinion this is good for the school as in attendance cuz i know they were getting crowded in classes.. Overall for football tho. Not so good. They are a loaded 4a school when it comes to attendance and yet they still cant beat 2A schools. When they split up their splitting their talent too. They will have less players to choose from to get on the playing field.. I think the 1st couple of years for HC will be rough. And ever since i played them from the wee age of 4 we never lost agains tthem and they never seemed to improve much. Last year i think was the best improved team i ever saw them have.. Hopefully tho the the split of the schools wont split the team from this year cuz they have a young team and the future looks bright.

ok 1st off.. rcombs. stop goin back to wat happened to years ago.. 2 years ago fairview mainly relied on their running game to put up points. and Yes camden had an awesome defense that year.. really fast defensive front. Good running backs as well.. But what ur forgetting is that fairview is in a league with private schools and has to rely on passing and running now. so they are more well rounded.. Now who ever says waverly would beat fairview u better second think that before u post that. Lewis county and fairview always play good games against each other in the past. Yes lewis county has a better record against fairview.. But they never played them in their prime until 2 years ago. Back in 1989-1992 when fairview was a 2A power house did lewic county play them. No. When fairview was in their prime 2 years ago they beat lewis like 21-0.. but then again lewis wasnt in their prime so it could go both ways. I know Chris Hatten is a good running back. But fairviews defense is actually better this year than it was 2 years ago and yet they had 5 sacks on Lewis's qb in that game. But i guess that was just a fluke. As to waverly.. they havent beat fairview since 2002. In which thier coach was an idiot for lettin their startin runnin back stay in till the last play.. and wat happened.. He tore his ACL. Smart coachin there right? And who ever sais fairviews defense wasnt as good against hickman as lewis.. Think back on it. Fairviews had one Safety to get 4 interceptions in the 2nd half. 3 in the same quarter. Im just statin the obvious. U want facts u got them. All teams are pretty well even. SO yes it is ur oppinion for sayin LEwis and Camden will kill us which is all good.. But dont get on here callin people ignorant for voicing their oppinions by saying they wouldnt. With that all being said I am very excited to see the playoffs agaist R5 and R6.. i think it will be a great year for playoffs between these 2 regions. Could go either way. But i believe that goodpasture will be advancing to 4th round playoffs when its all said in done. Thats my oppinion.

Hey first thing.. People in fairview arent Snobby Obnoxious people.. second off.. Fairview upsetting Waverly?? it wouldnt be an upset cuz no one would pick waverly over fairview. Just not goin to happen. Although that being said.. I am lookin forward to a Fairview-Camden or fairview -Lewis county playoff game.. I think those would be very good games..

Hmm example. 2002 Huntingdon got beat in the 1st round against fairview. hmm the next year.. Only ONE year later.. NOT 2.. they demolished david lipscomb in the state championship.. so please leave ur stupid comments to urself. and i rarely ever post on here..but i just had to say something.

lol you obviously dont know fairview then.. we never get the good calls no matter where we are.. but theres nothing we can do about it.. but play hard.

Hey Tommy use to go to Fairview and played for us his freshmen year.. I remember him as an outgoing and loving life personality kind of person.. Its sad to hear this bad news and i was truly shocked by it.. But i think i can speak for Fairview when i say we will also miss Tommy.. and that we will definately be praying for him and his family..

I have to aagrre with JC62.. Goodpasture is out of Fairview's League...they finished 2nd in a strong region last year that Fairview may not have even made it to the play offs in.. Their too Big and physical for fairview.. i will have to to disagree with jc62 by saying it will NOT be a close game GP- 48 FV-7

From what i know Stratford was a very successful 4A team last year.. going 10-0 in the regular season later to lose to Hillwood in the playoffs.. Both fairview and Stratford played hillwood last year.. Fairview i believe lost 35-21. i dont know the score of the stratford- Hillwood game.But on August 10th Stratford scrimages Fairview. Should see some good plays by both teams.
