This could be the game of the week for 3A so both teams seem to be poised to take a shot at PC (should they win of course). Story on Fairview is same as it has been for a couple years now. Decent line, good back, game managing QB, decent defense. Don’t know much about East Nashville cept they played close with siegel who lost to page and Fairview beat page and before y’all say anything I know that don’t matter. Fairview better focus up this week or it could be a quit exit.

Maybe this was just a fluke or something but anyone else’s games have super whistle aggressive refs last night? Between a boys and girls game, there was 92(and I’m not exaggerating) fouls called. Made it really long and slow to watch. Hopefully as the year goes on this doesn’t continue.

The wienk kid is a stud. The carries and yards are proof enough. The problem comes from their offense. He is it. If u stick beathard or Caldwell or the back from Camden in there do they not get similar stats? Just a thought. How bad will it be? Fairview tends to have the better teams over the past couple of years but they seem to let east hang around for a bit. Any chance the lead starts early?

If the cubs struggled at any time with Hickman Co, why do we think this will be a close game? The one thing Hickman does is pass. Cheatham gave up 400, Fairview gave up 250. Fairview only gave up 30 something rushing the ball. Fairview's offense will not be one demensional. They have a triple threat rushing attack with Beathard, Caldwell, and Ortiz and can sling the ball around with Kam Sanborn, and Warren. Its Fairview homecoming, the starters are fresh and Cheatham is coming off a loss. All signs points Fairview. Fairview- 31 Cheatham-16 Side note, the middle schools play each other in the first round of the playoffs tomorrow at Fairview. Should be a good matchup. The first game fairview won 28-16 i believe.
