If Soddy-Daisy beats Farragut and WB wins both of their games WB is 3rd and SD is 4th. If SD wins out they are 3rd and WB is 4th. If WB loses either game and SD beats Farragut, SD is 3rd and WB is 4th. SD is currently 1 game ahead of WB.

Wow Krenzel! Hey everybody, Krenzel has just called the season off. Sure a home game is a long shot ( if Oak Ridge or McMinn loose their last 2 region games and SD wins out) and no we haven't locked up a playoff spot yet, but there are 2 more games left and we all still have to play and win. Hotsauce, it's over let it go. It was a region win and it put us closer to our goal. Gamer your comments are taken with respect and I'm sure your support is greatly appreciated by all at SD. We have a very big game this Friday and I know the coaches and players are focused on it and that is what we should be thinking about know. We are 6-2 and off to one of the best starts in years. This week is a must win and will be tough on the road. We havn't made the playoffs yet, but Friday will get us closer.

Ran into Ryan Grubb and his dad at a UTC recruiting trip today. Very nice people, we talked about their victory over us, Soddy-Daisy. Everyone is talking about Oak Ridge. Grubb tore his mcl and is out. To bad for Ryan, he is a nice young man and we wish him the best.

Govman how did losing Grubb hurt and what do you think WB chances are the rest of the year.?

I said earlier if Ooltewah lost they were toast......I'll take strawberry jam and butter with mine. Watch Heritage, you will have a street fight on your hands. From 1st qtr to the end of the game. If it's at Heritage you will have to beat all 15 of them on the field. 11 players and 4 refs.

How about UGLY. The O line struggled. Phelps ran for his life and took a beating. No holes for backs to run thru. Heritage had 1 drive for td that was it for them. We went to no wide outs (see William Blount game) in 2nd half. A number of our players were sick, including Phelps this week. He was on medication. I had him at 5-10, but the paper had 5-8, about 50 yrds. Tiner kicked a 40+yrd fg to take the lead and we scored a late td in last couple of min. to seal the win. It looked like the team wasn't fired up and Heritage was.

I'v read a lot of people on Coach T really talk big about their teams only to have the rug pulled out from under them-see Central. The higher up that tree you climb, makes it hurt that much more when somebody knocks you out of it.
