I know, he was one of the best players tom come out of Cleveland. I figured he would go to the NFL. I heard that he went to a JR College in Mississippi but enede up coming back to home.

Coach Ratledge coached at McMinn Central through a tough couple of seasons in the 80's. Then he was an assistant at McMinn County under John Mullinaxin the late 80's early 90s, one of coach Mullinax's best assistants to leave. He then took on an assistant job at Ooltewah. Where he left and has been an assistant coach and offensive coordinator at Bradley. He is a great coach and will work hard to turn the program around.

I agree, football4doc. I played for and coached with coach Mullinax. He is probably one of the last old school coaches around. He taught heart and toughness to his players. He took teams without alot of talent and made them believe in him and each other. He was a great motivator. Listen to one of his pregame speeches and you would do anything for the man.
