  2. There is no way a region 6 team loses by 30+ points in the semi's if they get that far.
  3. Dickson is abunch of whimps? Trust me, you wouldn't want to line up against them whimps on a friday night.
  4. I saw that, Region 4 got a lot of points off of playoff wins and quarterfinal appearances. I think playing against Region 3 helped them out a lot in those two categories.
  5. You should just get over the fact that you lost 36-0 to SC, regardless of injuires. That's football! After your loss to SC, Waverly has gone on to win how many games? SC has went 5-1 since putting that beatdown on Waverly. Congrats on being the best 0-7, i mean 0-8 team around, I'm sure SC would take being the worst playoff team around, which their not, over that anyday. Move on, Stewart Co. has.
  6. 10-0, haven't done that since week 0
  7. Well good for them but just because none of our freshman play on the varsity doesn't mean they aren't any good. I can't remember any freshman playing on the varsity in recent years so I guess by your logic they have been bad for awhile. DC wins 28-0, Steadman Bell returned with 2 interceptions tonight. A win next week will basically lock up a playoff spot for the cougars. It won't be easy.
  8. lol yeah thats it. I know HC has a freshman team, they even have a seperate freshman school if you are talking about Henry Co.
  9. Freshman don't play. Also, if DC wins tonight but lose their last two they could still miss out on the playoffs because of tie-breakers. DC could still finsih anywhere from 1st to 5th in the region. I believe DC and Indy are the only ones of the five who have a non-region win so that will help them both in case of a 3 way tie.

  11. DC did not play like themselves tonight. Hats off to Independence, they really brought the wood tonight. DC has been on Fall break for two weeks and they return back to school Monday, hopefully they will get in a great week of practice. Two trips inside the ten with ZERO points is not going to get it done against a good team like Indy.
  12. Dickson County has some amazing floats

  14. I wasn't talking about this year, this year Region 6 is behind region 4 and 2. However, in the "past 4 or 5 years" region 6 has been the best region in the state IMO. It has also been highly more competitive than Region 4.
  15. It never fails, in every Steward Co. forum I have read there is a Waverly fan putting them down. Its so sad.
  16. Is Preston Bailey back or was he ever even gone from an injury?
  17. If by saying Antioch was "actually" a good team, you are refering to Region 6 as a bad region than you are wrong. Region 6 has been the best region in this state for the past four or five years. I also wouldn't be so quick to say DC will win out.
  18. you are probably right. DC hasn't played a defense near the level of Centennial. Every time DC has to pass the ball they might as well punt if its going to be an interception.
  19. Before Bell got hurt, he was their main target at WR. I think you are really underestimating DC's ability to pass the ball.
  20. 07- DC is Centennial's homecoming 06- Centennial is DC's homecoming 05- DC is Centennial's homecoming That is what I meant, are you happy now. Although I didn't need it because I know how region football works, thanks for trying to help with the hint. Also, you better be worried about the DC passing attack. Here is a hint for you, if DC can get a run game started then they will be successful passing too. DC focuses on making you respect the run, setting up the playaction. I have a feeling DC will have a pretty good running game Friday.
  21. oh ok, this is still the third straight
  22. This will be the third straight year that these two teams have faced off for homecoming and I think it has been four of the last five. Anyways, DC shows Centennial who the real Cougars are and Shane Rayburn is the best back in this region.
