Can't wait for football in this district

Yea yer right Beast Canes are loaded. They should hold up the golden ball in early December.

Time to rant. Why is it only East Ham. And Ool are the only schools in the county to hAve freshmen football? I understand east ridge, tyner, lookout valley, and maybe hi son, they have smaller attendance. But red bank, central, Soddy, the largest school in the county, must think it is not important to develop young players for their future. Also see where Cleveland and walker valley have 9th football, but not Bradley co, another large school. Maybe we have entirely too many high schools in ham co. Thoughts?

I agree Owls have won alot of games over the last ten years. Clearly as a fan, I wish we had 2000 kids to choose from like the farraguts and dobyns bents of the world. To me 55 or 60 kids playing is a disadvantage. As I understand it Owls will be forced to move up to 6A after this year.thoughts?

Owls finished 3rd in district due to many turnovers. The o line was avg. at best. It just appears someone is always to blame in all your posts. If you think last year was bad,you may not want to come to games this year.

Why all the hate on Williams or any of the other coaches. Drew and Goose are gone. Cant you just be a good fan and support the team. Its not rocket science that the new school has taken many good athletes away.

Hargrove will help the Wildcats on both sides of the ball. How did Chism and Lavernius Sprewell do for the Rams? Heard both are great athletes.

Rumor is Ricky Lavell and A.J. Cooper looked good in the trenches. Both will be Sophmores, with a lot of potential. Also, is Cornelius "crackerjack" Watson going to make an impact on Defense, or just be a special teams player?

Thaddeus Demery was the work horse on offense. Michael Parsons had 6 or 7 tackles, including a sack.
