Good, more people noticed this. I believe the refs slipped up in making it 1st and 10 from the 16 instead of 1st and goal from the 16. William Blount caught a HUGE break here. HUGE mistake by the refs! And before i hear any snoody comments...I was pulling for the Govs!!

Dustin Lindsey was incredible, and did anyone else see Brandon Warren take out his aggression after a dropped pass on a poor safety? Wow....Which by the way he more than made up for his dropped pass throughout the night. Shiverdecker was very impressive as well. I'm not a fan of either Alcoa or Maryville, just an observer.....But Maryville does not stand a chance with or without their QB. Alcoa is going to dismantle the Rebels, you can count on it!

Everyone sounds positive about William Blount. They are gonna be shooting the lights out, and the WB coaching staff will have them playing tough defense i'm sure.

Can any of you Maryville fans fill us in on the Rebels? I'm also sure the GovMan knows more about the WB team then most. These two seem to be the 2 best, but you can't count out Heritage. Anyone who thinks Alcoa will have a rebuilding year knows nothing about the athletes at that school. They are always just so athletic and can dominate a game. All of these teams should be quite dominant this year except for maybe Heritage...but they could come out and surprise!!!
