as long as greenbrier contains trey hobson and doesn't allow hume fogg to get easy three's greenbrier wins. hume fogg has no size to compete with greenbrier's 6'8'', 6'6'', and 6'5''. when lipscomb played hume fogg, brock and mayes combined for 43 of the 59. what happened to sean mcculley from hume fogg?

catsbball, you are a bum. how can you say the greenbrier is the better team than lipscomb when lipscomb went to greenbrier and beat them in a crazy environment, then beat for the SECOND time at home by a greater margin. once again, you are a bum. thumb

lets not forget who handed MLK their only district loss on MLK's homecoming and pushed them into overtime before losing at home last year. Lipscomb's playing well right now with tough district games coming up in the next 2 weeks(@Greenbrier and MLK). if Lipscomb keeps it together they are MLK's biggest competition.

true that greenbrier has all their players back but i don't think they have a realistic shot at state. they might have been working since their last defeat but so has everyone else who is any good.

ok, i admit i jumped the gun a little bit on the predictions. but lipscomb has been hitting the ball very well (webber had 2 or 3 HRs in as many games i think). they even got hits in the outfield against greenbrier, greenbrier's outfield is unbelievable. they have the quickest outfield in the state probably. but i still believe my predictions will come true.

i expect lipscomb and greenbrier to win their games, lipscomb beat greenbrier AGAIN, lipscomb and greenbrier both win their sectionals and play each other at least 2 times in the state tournament. (lipscomb beating them of course)

i guess no matter how many times greenbrier faces megan it doesn't amount to anything because they can't hit her. like hfsball said, she had 13 K's and she only allowed 1 hit and 1 or 2 walks. if i remember correctly, greenbrier didn't get to second base the whole game.

i'm looking forward to seeing lipscomb sweep greenbrier if they won, i hope lipscomb plays at the same field so rachel can go yard tomorrow AGAIN and megan and janell and kera too -do you play any sports Gbrier?

lipscomb plays macon at 4:30 today, look for the K's to be in a special design thought up by yours truly.

lipscomb does have players to back megan up. their defense is very strong since Greenbrier was "making megan pitch and getting contact." webber can get a big hit and manning is coming around.

lipscomb is playing today at greenbrier and they will make up the game with MLK on thursday. i don't think they are going to make up the game with springfield, doesn't matter because springfield would get killed anyway. i think lipscomb will run the district in the tournament starting this weekend. i say megan will throw at the least 2 shutouts.

yea but so has lipscomb and lipscomb has beaten hume fogg @ HFA so i think lipscomb's got a better chance than hume fogg does

i don't see lipscomb losing to anyone in this district more than once (think they'll split with hume fogg maybe) they have already run ruled half the teams and will continue to do it. as long as megan pitches well and the defense doesn't make too many errors and the offense gets 1 or 2 runs, i think they have an excellent shot at going to state again and winning it, and they've got a hopkins on the team too!

when does greenbrier play at lipscomb

smith could break brewer in half, have you seen how skinny he is TilaNguyen? i'm glad brewer's done now i don't have to deal with him and the entire city of Portland celebrating like they've just won a national championship when he hits a shot at the end of the 1st half.

brewer is the only real threat on offense for Portland, but if you key in on him and leave other people open he can find them and get it to them. 25, 34, 12 are ok shooters and the point guard 21 (aka "Turtle") can pressured but can hit pull-up jumpers some time.
