I saw the substate game and i thought it showed a lot of heart to come back from 22. Congratulations on a great season but dont talk trash to lipscomb anymore (ncsfan and ncs03) because we beat Summmertown by 25.

I think Portland's size will hurt Howard but Mason and Harper are too quick and if they pressure Portlands guards the panthers are in trouble.

From what i have seen Brewer is pretty full of himself. I guess you just have to get to know him. And he doesnt try to get Ferguson the ball enough.

John is a very good player and is unstoppable a good bit of the time. I wish all of the portland players had the class of john. what was up with throwin the balls into the crowd before the district championship. i felt like i was at the circus or something.

The off night definitely could have been because of the defense or it could of been they were just off like lipscomb was against mlk. FRA has a pretty solid team and they do what it takes to win. I respect that alot.

Lipscomb is also a very good AA team who should be a contender this year. BTW is very good and you cant forget the schedule they have played this year is unlike any other AA team. They will be there at the end. What region is Elizabethton?

I think Renfro and walker campbell are both very good players and deserve much more respect. Hume Fogg wouldnt be where they are without Renfro. Charles Hampton is a baller. I played against him in aau and nobody could stop him. Top 3 in state.

you are exactly right. portland is very tough at home. this will be the mustangs biggest test thus far. i look for stephen to have a very good game because he has struggled of late. good luck to both teams.
