There are no good tight ends in tennessee. after witten went to dallas in the third round, we ran plum out of them. i've seen basically every player mentioned and not one of them will be as good as jason, not even close, in fact.

Central is the best team in Knoxville this year. Cassen Jackson is a man amongst boys and will be the best skill position player McCallie will see all year.

Yeah I agree that the Webb Catholic game this year might be a great one at the end of the season. I also think Powell can do much better than their showing against Webb, but Webb looks like they have a great running game with Ryan Walker and Evan Smith. Catholic will be very strong running as well, with Austin Sheridan, Nick McFadden, Dack Ishii, and a good O-line. I think if Catholic or Webb played either Farragut or Bearden, they would really hand it to them. That may just be my opinion, but if you look at how each of their seasons goes, you'll see how both of the private schools come to play every week.

TSD The top three teams are very good teams, and 4-5 is a toss up but Catholic and Webb both look better than all the teams that are 6-10.

I think BGA will win, but I think Knox Catholic is the darkhorse in dII and teams need to watch out for them.

Heath Shuler is the greatest quarterback of all time. If I could have one guy lead my team to victory, it would have to be Heath Shuler and his golden arm. His wife is also hot, but thats beside the point. He is magnificent.

Knox Catholic should be included anywhere from 5th to 7th in Knoxville. I don't know where people get them being worse than Bearden, Carter, Karns, Webb, South-Doyle, Gibbs, or West. They have great skill position players and if you think they lack speed, just watch some of their RB's. My rankings would go like this: 1. Central 2. AE 3. Fulton 4. Powell 5. Farragut 6. Catholic 7. Bearden 8. Halls 9. West 10. Webb 11. South-Doyle 12. Carter 13. Karns 14. Gibbs 15. CAK

we lost five senior starters from last year, and we only have one senior starter this year, and only three seniors total on the roster. we have very good junior, soph, and freshman classes, so next year, catholic shouldn't lose much. what about you guys? the way ya'll looked, i thought you should probably be able to challenge for the state title in A/AA.

we really wanted to play you guys. i thought after the first 15 minutes against dalton, you all looked great. it looked like you guys had a lot of speed up top. good luck to everybody in the rest of the season.

it was really crazy how we almost lost to tullahoma, not taking anything away from them, but they are no dalton or baylor. we seem to play to the level of our competition, and that really hurts us, especially against lesser-skilled teams. we did control the tullahoma game for the most part, i don't know where they thought that they had us, but whatever!

catholic had two pk's, while dalton had one.

hornet, do you ever get off of coacht? i don't know how you have the time or energy to post this frequently. please stop talking about your beloved carter hornets, who will get stomped by probably more than half the teams on their schedule. wait until the season starts, instead of posting things months before the season begins.

no one likes kingston, except the people that go there. it seems one of their bench players (thedonjuan) is the only one talking about how great they are going to be. if i were a player on kingston, i wouldn't want my own teammates talking about how great we are before the games are even played. wait until after you beat you accomplish something before you start talking.

thedonjuan is another kingston supporter. if you want to talk about talent, go check out kingston. they supposedly are going all the way this year. i can't wait to see what really happens to this "great" team.
