I'm a wrestler from Maryville College so i guess I've got the club perspective also. The reason I wrestle is to be a part of something that I love and to have that basis of friendships that comes from being part of a team.

hey, what happened to Bryant's ankle at the duals? i've heard it's not broken but how healthy is he really? i'll prob have to wrestle him friday night and if he doesn't just kick the crap out of me then i'll feel let down. i'd hate to see him hurt this late in the year.

i'll agree with that. i'm not sure if Jonah (MC) can beat grady. it's possible though, he went the distance with bates the same day grady went to double OT.

the mcminn central wrestling team went to that match and most of those guys are awesome. the keefe twins are so good they're scary.

I agree with bates of cook. but Jonah Stewart from McMinn Central needs to be in there. He's been ripping it up as of late. He won first at the South Doyle invitational and i know he's beat the cleveland or bradley guy. I can't remember how he did against cumberland. he hasn't wrestled bates yet either, we'll see them this weekend at the duals.

Another freshman 103 to look out for is Brandon Kendall of McMinn Central. He had some trouble early in the year making weight but now he's making it every day. He's beat some fairly tough kids and he made some really dumb mistakes against the little guy from Webb and still went to the second period. He's got a good chance at state and he's only been wrestling about 2 months. Watch out for him.

hey how did josh williams wrestle jv under RB's 171 last year. it was my first year and we were tied in the 3rd and i got stupid and let him up and he won. he was no where near as good as williams. that boy could make a run at regions.

Jajuan Smith is nothing but an egocentric mama's boy who will never amount to anything. i've played against him in football and he's a pansy. he's not bad at basketball but he's not the best. he thinks he's good though and i guess that's all that matters.....

Coby Johnson from McMinn Central is definitely one to keep an eye on this year at 45 or 40 (he's trying to make 40). His record last year is very misleading and i think he'll make a strong showing through regions and on into state.

hey coby johnson from mcminn central is pretty good. keep an eye on him. he's only lost one match so far and he wrestles bradley next tuesday. i'm the 171 that got beat by the guy from RB and he's a hoss. if it's his second year then keep and eye on him. this is my second year and he killed me.

sometime last week, daniel thomas of mcminn central hit a hole in one. i'm not real sure about the details but it may be the first in our school's history.

the best linebacker i know right now is going to be a sophomore, Kurt Loveday. He led our team in tackles and has no regard for pain. The boy is awesome.

Well good luck with the team if you get the job. Most of them struck me as arrogant S.O.B.'s when we scrimmaged them last year. (McMinn Central). We beat them 14-7 and we only won one game all year. they had their heads up their rear. whoever gets the job, good luck and i'll see you in the fall.

I wrestle for McMinn Central and we had one of our girls (160) get pinned in six seconds. it was at one of the duals. i think it was the Bucs.
