good post hockeytown. i agree. what are you talking about ezell softball...private schools dont play better competition. i bet some public schools could whip up on alot of private schools, and i have seen it happen many times this past year. who cares anyway about who plays better competition. what matters is how well the players can play. and just because you go to a private school doesnt mean you can play softball better than us who are at public schools.

the girls from coffee county can without a doubt hit the ball. tiffany birtcil from lavernge also can hit. i saw brentwood high play rossview and the brentwood girls killed the ball. i also saw wilson central play and they hit the ball pretty well also.

how is marshall county doing this year? do they have a chance at state?

i think thats exactly what they meant. franklin county will be the best in franklin county. my team has already played them this year and they need to do alot of improving to get anywhere close to being best in the state.

if your team goes to state...you get a spring fling book and it has all of the state records in it. it has pitching, hitting, an team records. maybe you should get one of those. i have one from 2000 if you want me to tell you some of the records.

also amanda derrick from father ryan is really good, not just at catching but also hitting. vallen cooper from page is one of the best catchers i have ever seen. but i have to say by far the best is miranda dunn! she is incredible.

lindsay cavara from Brentwood High School is only sophmore and has awesome skills behind the plate as well as on third base. also, lexie smith from BHS is also a great catcher and all around player. Cassie simpson from Brentwood Academy is a junior and also an awesome catcher, she is also the smartest person i have ever me!!!

i think cassie simpson will do well also.

i don't think BA will do well. they lost 3 of their seniors this year : krissy casey, brittany carmichael, and tiffany locke and they lost rachel smith and sara meek to graduation. but i think shelby mashburn will work hard this year and pitch her best even though it should be a rebuilding year overall. i also think that jessica hesson will do very well. she is young, but she is good. good luck eagles and hopefully you may beat father ryan.

i agree that alison tyree is not going to carry the bruins like sarah meek did. but i think as long as she works hard she will do well. i think sarah meek had to carry the eagles by herself, alison doesn't have to carry the bruins all by herself. she should have help from her seniors jennifer jones, krissy casey, and kelly major and they should help out alot. also i think the underclassman, like lindsay cavara, and kelly tyree, and kaitlin jones,and katie rothmel should also do very well also. good luck bruins!
