5.5 for me and i think i was 1 goal from a correct tiebreaker.

I know they are 19-1-1...but im not quite sure if they have played many good teams or not....i will try and find out. they should match-up pretty well against ccs obv. because any team that makes it to state has to be at least a decent team. thankfully ccs lost to grace so that they didnt have to play CAK in the first round...westview should be a lil bit easier than CAK but ccs if they win will most likely play FRA in the second round.

bramblehood.....we dont need you saying that on here.... we know we were upset a/b the sign thinking that it was for sasse but still show some class...grace has a chance against CAK.

good job to both teams. it was a very physical game and a game that could have gone both ways easily. umm i'd like to say that ca's only scoring opportunities werent just the pk's because they had some nice shots (one barely curving over the left corner) but yeah good game to all i just wish that you guys didnt have to closeline our keeper. and that call on him wasnt because he was out of the box because we was atleast a foot inside the box but yeah the refs werent good for either side. thanx for the dinner CA and we will try our best to win it all so that u can be proud that u lost to the state champs.

Good Job Grace. Im actually proud of you guys for not eating your own words and actually coming out and doing that you said you would do. There was definately some bad calls but for both sides so refing wasnt an issue. Also great class to grace players for not getting on this thing and just dogging ccs about the game and great class to ccs for not getting on here and making excuses for losing. i love both of your teams and hope for a rematch of this game at state that would be incredible. good luck on saturday i definately think both teams can win this one. ccs will have a lil trouble with a harder team but i think after this loss and with the bad history at CA i think they really will come out strong and take it to them just like 2 yrs ago when CA came to ccs and they beat them 6-1. good luck to all and hope to see both teams at state this year.

well when i posted earlier i think i said (mtnman) that csas had never beaten ccs in the reg. season if i hadnt said that then thats what i meant...i obv. knew that they had beaten us in the post season. yeah the goal was scored by michael pepper just to let people know. umm further details will be in the newspaper tom. for all you local folks and umm overlooked ccs... umm not really they arent as great as you think.... they have a lot of weaknesses they just have a lot of heart and want to win it more than other people i guess u would say it

anyways this post is about boyd vs. ccs i think this will be a very tough game. i dont look at the past like some of us do...(where ccs has beaten boyd pretty well....if u look at the past u see csas never beating ccs in a regular season game and never winning district yet they did this year? hmm maybe its not such a good thing to rely on the past) anyways i think this will be a well fought out game and anyone of the two can win. whoever wins will def. win the region and will make a strong stand in the state tourney, i think this game should have been the region finals because they are def. the best two teams of this region...even though grace beat boyd it doesnt mean that they are better you can always dominate and let in a goal or two on a good counter) good luck to all teams in this region, i think anyone could win.

obv. it wont be boyd and ccs coming out.... but i think whoever wins this game will win the regions(no matter who wins the grace vs. csas game) and also whoever wins this region will have a very very strong chance of going to the state semis maybe even finals.

i just want to first say that it is impossible for grace and sweetwater to both come out of that district. it will be grace #1, Boyd #2 in the other i'd say csas #1 and ccs #2

csas will make it to state most definately this year but will lose in the first round. before the tournament i think they will lose to hixson so they will come into the tourney strong and wanting revenge. and i def. knew they were going to struggle against east ridge...thought they would only play them 2-1.

i thought boyd would make it to state but now i doubt that so umm csas, grace, FRA, CAK,CA umm im not sure who else. the final will probably be FRA vs. CAK and CAK will prob. pull out 2-1

Notre Dame has one of the worst fields. its probably the third worst field i have ever played on. ccs always thrives in keeping their field nice and it is esp. easy when u have two other soccer fields to practice on that are also decent(at times lol)

I think that LC and Kingston will come out of this district at season's end. Kingston most likely being the champion. GOOD LUCK TO ALL.

Please don't think of CCS as a team that just makes excuses. Most of that was from a guy who graduated last year and we are totally not that kind of team. We work as hard as possible and actually were pretty glad we kept it a close game versus sweetwater with some of our players out. We look forward to one of our hardest schedules ever and look foward to being prepared for state.

even though this thread is about the best teams earlier you talked about tough schedules. here are just some of the teams that ccs plays this year- ooltewah and grace in scrimages warren county who like tied baylor or some really good team dalton, csas, @baylor, @Notre (their field stinks) Dame, @Soddy Daisy, Randolph, @Red Bank, and to end the season with McCallie. There is also the usually fun CCS tournament in the middle of the year.

1.Chattanooga Christian 2.Lookout Valley

Kyle Groothuis a sophmore at CCS is going to be outstanding. Look for him to be great this year and definately in the years to come. He's already 6'6" and is just shy of his 6'9" senior brother Mitch. Also Terrel Maffet is a very skilled sophmore on this team. He might not get a lot of minutes but will be key to stand strong when starters need the rest.

i dont think that the state tourney should be in memphis because that is the place that teams would have to travel further. Teams from north east tenn. (knoxville, bristol) would have to tavel further than mephis area to chattanooga or vis versa. i think that nashville would be a great place to keep it just for the concideration of traveling. but being from chattanooga i hope that it stays here.
