  1. 2006/ 2007. (Record was 11-15) 7 of those wins came against Tull, WC, Lincoln Co.* and White Co. the other 4 came against AA or A. Out of the AAA schools Tull, WC and White Co had losing records. They had a big win against Lincoln which had a record of 25-10. 2007-2008 (Record was 15-16) 6 of those wins came against Tull, WC and Lincoln all of which had losing records. All other wins came against one AA and three A. Summary of these two seasons they had 13 wins against AAA schools 12 of those were against losing records, all the rest came against smaller schools. You would have to go back before the previous coach to find where Coffee was winning against the larger schools in their District. As for the last two seasons. Coffee is going through rebuilding seasons, and as stated before it takes a few years to do so. They have a very young team. One senior that has any varsity time and allot of juniors. Next year you should see a big improvement and a very bright future beyond that. As for Muckle, you are correct he tends to yell too much and needs to try to be more positive towards the kids. Losing is hard on everybody mainly the Kids, which is what this is all about. They need someone to help build their confidence not tear it down and this is something that Muckle has always struggled with. He does know the game I promise you, if the kids will block out all the yelling and listen to what he is trying to say they will do well. Getting back to the game tonight, Coffee is playing well right now they need to continue to play hard on Def and keep their offence going with scoring from outside and inside. Good luck to the Girls tonight they deserve to end the season strong. You have ripped on softball and girls basketball, does anything make you happy? We the people that know you, know the answer is NO.
  2. Amazing win for the girls. Morgan has scored 97 in the 4 wins. Keep it going.
  3. HAHAHA He is on A LOT of teams list. He is one of the most talked about juniors on the official UT message board. But it doesnt matter because he will be vol. I am certain of it. Message board, REALLY? REALLY? I'm sure coach Dooley will get his players from what people say on boards.
  4. What was the halftime score of the Oakland game?
  5. I heard bigmoney is from Cali and is a bananna slug.
  6. Story from The Manchester Times and Thunder Radio When Shane Warren picked up golf a few years ago it was a hobby. Now, golf is the Coffee County Central High School seniors ticket to college. Warren signed a golf scholarship with Bryan College in Dayton, Tenn., Thursday afternoon to continue his academic and athletic careers. "I just started getting into golf the last couple of years," Warren said. "Then this opportunity came to me and I took it." Warren will be a member of the inaugural golf team in 2010 at Bryan College under Coach Peter Bollant. "We are starting a new program and Shane has a lot of potential to help us build our program," Bollant said. Warren came into this past season at Coffee Co. High School as a player that had only played one varsity match and became the Raiders 1 golfer. Warren was named All-District and qualified for the region. The Bryan College Lions compete in the Appalachian Athletic Conference.
  7. Coach will be named Tuesday thanks to $$$ being worked out.
  8. This is awesome can't wait to watch some great golf.
  9. Signed with Martin-Methodist. Good luck from CCCHS golf. Coach Knott
  10. Former Coffee Co. player Leslie Keele who played 2nd base for the 2009 Lady Raiders was shot in the stomach early Sunday morning. Keele is at Vanderbilt going through various procedures. Police are saying it was accidental. Leslie was to play softball at Vol St this coming spring.
  11. Field needs work, lots of sand and holes. Got beat up because of rain. Brew should get the job.
  12. In his three year stint as Grundy's head coach in the late 90s he turned Grundy from a loser into a winner again and took us to the second round of the playoffs. His reward....because we're stupid up here....was to have the program handed over to KC and the Sunshine Band who made NO progress from where Greg got us. Greg can do the job and he's as loyal as an old hound dog. He'd do anything for your program and your kids. I've never known a coach who was a better Man than Greg Brewer. He can coach and lookout for my boy any day. David Lowrie. AGREE AGREE AGREE
  13. I'm in how about you? It would be a blast.
  14. The job was posted that quick? He only resigned yesterday.
  15. He won't be the coach at FC. Look for Carson to apply and current DC Coach Brewer to go for the job.
  16. He does want his son to coach with him.
  17. Stewart the best no doubt about it. Maybe one of the all-time best in the state's history
