we had two from c-wood make it. adam porter and adam stooksberry. three honorable mentions also. adam stooksberry was also nominated for mvp of the district. oh yeah did i mention he was a freshman.

loretto has a great field. with that concrete outfield wall and everything else lookin like a minor leage field. its turf is great, actually size of a backstop and deep in all coners of the outfield. if you get a chance next year try to get your coaches to get you in the loretto spring tourny.

you should have seen the storm that came during the middle of the game. the wind was crazy. i was pitchin and the coach told me not to worry about the tornado clouds behind me. we only got to the second innnin but we are suppose to play the same time tomorrow. wayne county was up 2-0

yeah we do struggle with alot of teams mr baseball (this is c-wood). but cut us some slack. we have one senior. two juniors. and we start 5 freshmen, sometimes 6. we are currently 4th in our district. give us next year and i thikn we'll be pretty dangerous.

thats sad too. if a kid is playing as hard as he can then there aint anything you can do about it. a coach should never do that to a player. thats pithetic. i love to paly the game of baseball but i would never put up with that junk. keep playing hard guys and you wont need to satisfy anyone but yourself.

its gonna be tough for you though. when you beat c-wood we didnt have two of the starters there. a senior and a junior were in nashville that game. and from what i heard that was the worse that we've ever played. its not an excuse but they are factors. yes you need a team to win BUT when you come up against ca or mt.plesant, summertown or any of those teams like that then its gonna take more than just a team, your gonna need some talent. ca has kempher and anderson. and perry county doesnt have anyone even close to those two. the best i think you'll do in the tourney is you might make it past the first round. but thats a big might. hey whats gonna happen this game? its a big one for both teams cause it will probably decide who gets 3rd in the tough 12a district. i hope we boys from c-wood can get this one, but good luck to summertown too. should be a good game like it was last time.

you talkin about the same perry county that we played against? i stole a base on their catcher and i'm slow as mud. look i have nothing against perry county its just that you get on here and say these awsome things about some of thier players that i've never heard of. i could say somethimg about our team collinwood (like our 5 starting freshmen and we hve only one senior AND we aint losing any pitching next year)... but i'm not goin to say anything. PC you have a decent team but dont make prospects out of just a few ppl that you think are good. i've seen you play and i havent seen anyone college material. if there was i'm sure ppl here would know alot more about perry county baseball.

perry county sorry to burst your bubble but ya aint really that good. your struggling on pitching and fielding. you have no dominant ace that throws the smoke. your field makes way to many errors. the only fair part about ya's team is that you can hit the ball decent, nothing special. so dont get a big head cause you beat some stinky teams.

i like CA. my step sis is from there. and i like alot of those ppl. i'd rather get beat 20-0 to ca than to mt.p. nobody likes mt.p besides themselves. they talk too much trash and they cant back it up. if they were as good they say they are, they should ten run every team they play. at least thast how all of them talk.

i think sampson for summertown i really good. too bad he was injured when c-wood played them. maybe he'll be able to throw next time. kempher from CA is decent doesnt have that hard of stuff but he's consistant with his pitches. and hes got one of the best defenses behind him too.

(they beat ya'll) well we got em 6-1. i'm glad CA won that game. they have alot more class than mt. pleseant will ever have.

they aint a good team cause they cant really contend wiht good teams. collinwood was down by 11 runs and came back within 4. if c-wood's pitching was on that day fraklin county would have lost aginst a 1a school. go figure why they aint good

you're one off. we start 6 and 5 just depends. they are doin well for freshman and though we need alot of work still they will definently be promising in the future. since they will only be losing one senior look for them in the coming years. oh yeah keep up the good work kenneth!

we have one senior,adam porter. the pitchers are junior-micah todd, sophmore-dj haddock, freshman-adam stooksberry, derek bryant, tyler martin, and ryan lee. derek pitched against adamsville and gave up only 2 runs. stooksberry is #3 batter for us and he hasnt struck out yet during the season. they are playing well.
