These games could be classic match-ups. Obviously all four are good and evenly matched. Temple only beat Grace by 4 in an incredible game and it sounds like the PC, Clay game was every bit as good, with only 2 points seperating them. Wow. I think you have to give the home teams a slight advantage, but Grace proved last year that such is not too high a mountain to climb. What is the story on Clay Co? What are the strengths and weaknesses from the perspective of Coach T Readers?

To Grace, FANS, COACHES and most of all PLAYERS, last night was a great game and you guys were and are a class act. The rivalry gets intense, but after the game every player was gracious, classy and you should be very proud of your guys. The coaches were complimentary and as always first class. The posts on here from the fans say the same thing...could it be that we have figured out what high school basketball is really about? I think so. God Bless the Golden Eagles.

We wait for the opposing team to pull their starters before we empty our bench. There is no use throwing your young kids to the dawgs and destroying their confidence. Sp should have conceded.

spfan11, I just wanted to add my two cents, the reason Temple is A, and not AAA is because of how many kids go to the school, no other reason. And the 184 number that people keep quoting is the number AFTER the multiplier. Temple only has about 120 9-12. AND just in case you were wondering, Temple beat Ooltewah by 9, and Ooltewah beat some of the AAA teams you mentioned. I think that bout says it all.

Wang15, have you seen all the players in single A play? If not, how can you say he is the MOST dominating? He obviously is very good, and he is dominating to be sure. But consider this: He should be good, he should dominate. Look how big he is and there isn't competition in this division that can consistenly handle someone with that kind of size. This is not a knock at all, in fact it is a compliment. My point is that he should be dominating. However, you take someone like Skogen who when you see him you will say, You have got to be kidding. He is thin, only 6'2" with his shoes on and there is NOTHING intimidating about him whatsoever, and he too takes over games. I think it much more impressive when someone like that dominates than I do someone who is as physically blessed as Doaks dominates. Who is the MOST dominating? Don't know. But there are other questions to be asked, who is the best BB player? Who gets the team involved? And of course, who wins.

This is going to be a great game. Both teams are playing their best at the right time. The improvement they have made from the first of the year to this point is a credit to their coaches and players, both teams are good enough to be at the Boro, but only one will get a chance. CCS has the height advantage and I don't think the lose of Neilson will hurt them in this game, Grace doesn't pressure the ball all that much and Long can handle what token pressure there will be. Grace has the shooters, and you have to guard them, tightly, or they can kill you. If Grace is on from the perimeter they have the edge, if CCS can contest every shot and make Grace be consistent from the outside with pressure, then not CCS wins.

Pplayer, I am not sure what rich schools you are talking about. I know Temple is pathetically poor and has only about 120 students in the top 4 grades. So who are these rich schools? Just curious.

Johnny, you guys played great and I think you are right you can play with anyone, if you play like you did tonight. Here is the key...you were balanced. TSSAA has already called the schools of the 3 finalists and the info on here is correct. No matter how you cut it there were going to be some good players left off and single A has some very good players. This is the most talent class of single A since Trey Pearsons senior year.
