Is it just me, or when you get beat by 40 the previous night, you don't create a thread having anything to do with the team that beat you! This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen! I once thought that Page was a relatively smart school, in coachtT terms, but you've definitely changed that opinion! I mean, did you really say "how about a game of 3 on 3 or 1 on1??" When you graduate from the seventh grade maybe you'll realize how moronic it is to even think that you have a shot at beating the same team that just beat you by 40! USA, I was being sarcastic and taking a jab at catfish-hunter's post. Thank you for posting his accomplishments and fun facts, but in no way was I bashing Wright. However, while at the game, it seemed to me that their was an abundance of judges of NBA caliber! All I could hear was "How do you think Wright will do in the NBA?" In fact, many Brentwood fans were quick to say that he was as good, or better, than several present NBA stars, the week following the game! Where does that place his counterpart, Tyler Smith? When I watched Wright play against an athlete of equal ability it was easy for me (and anyone else that was in the building) to see who the best player in the state is! Wright is a truly awesome player, and more power to him if he decides to go into the draft. However, its like Tyler said in a recent interview, "He has things he needs to work on, just like I do." To get back on topic, when is this guy going to post that link?? I looked on the Channel 4 website, and couldn't find anything about the game, much less a video link. LEBRON WHO?

There is a video of the dunk on Unapproved Website in real time and in slow motion, however, you have to be a member to see it. If you get the chance to see it, I don't think there is any question that is the best dunk of the year.Personally, it's the most spectacular thing I've ever seen in person. Actually, Florida State and several other Major D-1 schools have been looking at Steve. However, he has the same problem as B. Wright! Man oh man! Another thread created with little, or no, legitimacy all in the name of bashing Tyler Smith! When are you people going to get over this? Let's just say that I had never seen him play, and just happened to stumble over his stats one day. I would say to myself, "Self, he's averaging 28 points per game. Could all of those possibly come from dunks, and tip-ins alone?" Then I would again say to myself, "Self, he's 15th in the midstate for 3 pointers made. For a big guy, his shot certainly doesn't look like a joke!" The only joke is you guys who start these ridiculous, negative threads, with the sole purpose of making a player look bad. He wouldn't be at the point where he is today if he hadn't worked his entire life to get there! Do you honestly think that his work ethic is going to come to a halt because he's in college? You really should know someone, and the things that they do, personally, before you start trashing them! I've never met a person who actually knows, and has spoken to Tyler, that thought him to be rude, a thug, or any of the things that you have personified him as being! It's just as he responded, in an interview, when asked about B. Wright going to the league. He said, "Brandon is a great player, but just like me, he has some more work to do." He readily admits that he has some things to work on. However, his game has improved tremendously, but don't listen to me; The proof is in the numbers! I actually had the chance to go watch B. Wright play at Thompson Boling(my first game without T.Smith playing) about a month ago. He had 6 points in the first half, and I was highly disappointed! Rather than jumping on CoachT that night, and telling everyone how terrible he is, I respected the fact that he just had an off night. The next night he dropped 40, and proved that he was definitely worth all the hype! If you have only seen Tyler play a couple of games, against mediocre teams, then you have no business stating any opinion at all about him! You guys can talk all you want, but in the end he's going to have excellent career after high school, and will prove his doubters wrong! If so, then I really have lost all respect for you! Maybe you guys in 10aa have problems with Page, but around Giles Co., Page just really isn't a problem! They're simply considered another easy W on the schedule! I'm sorry if you think that the Mr. Basketball voters are going to go to your "Big Wins" in order to make this decision! THEY AREN'T! Tyler simply deserves the award more than any other player in the state, and he will win it! Willie will have his year, but its not going to be this one. Geez, if I had a fiddle I'd play it for you! Noel most certainly is a good shooter, and players who can dunk are a dime a dozen. However, if you think all Tyler does is dunk, then come to the region tournament and I'll show you exactly why Tyler will be playing on TV, and why Noel won't! Perhaps there is a reason why when you turn on the TV you don't see the Noels and the Princetons of the world. Old school basketball is just that; OLD SCHOOL. You act as if Tyler relies on his natural talent every night, and hasn't had to work at all in order to get to the point where he is. He is one of the greatest competitors I've ever seen, and has worked year-round in order realize a dream! I guarantee that if Noel could drive and finish, like Tyler, then he wouldn't be going 12 for anything from the field, because he would choose to go over everybody! Don't knock a guy for using his skill to gain an edge, and to fit the bill for today's NBA player.
