I'll have to agree with you guys that say Summertown. That place looks like something right out of the movie "Hoosiers". It's a great atmosphere and a great place to play... if you're Summertown. If you're not, it makes it pretty tough.

Cornersville beat Moore County...but im not sure of the score, sorry. Richland plays Cornersville at 2:30 Saturday

Any thoughts on how this game will go?

Richland High School...everybody usually forgets them with all this private school talk. I dont know about next year, but they have their minds set on the goal for this year, thats for sure. Richland has incredible talent and enough willpower to accomplish alot.

I have one word for everyone...RICHLAND...looks like they are the Dark Horse candidate for 11a this year...keep that in mind...

my team just purchased a wicked bat and i personally dont like it. there is not enough barrel on it for me, and it feels a little top-heavy. u do have to hit it on just the right spot for a nice clean hit...but some of my teammates love it. I guess it just depends on the user.

Richland's seniors are Amanda Edwards, Brittiany Johnson, Desiree Moore, Avery Garrison, Meredith Boaz--all great players with mostly a great work ethic. GO LADY RAIDERS!!!!!!!!!

I play for Richland, and I don't know much about either Summertown or Huntingdon, but all I do know is if Summertown plays to their potential like they played against us, they can go all the way. So good luck Summertown...you can do it.

I am pulling for Huntland who appears to be the underdog..along with alot of other people. However, I am not putting anything past Moore County...they have a heck of a coach and solid fundamentals backing them up.Should be an awesome game...but I say Moore County by 9.

Just because the Lady Raiders lost last night's hard fought game...they still have the potential to go far. As long as they keep it together and play as well as they did at the beginning of the season...they will be a hard team for anybody to defeat. Keep fightin ladies!

I would also like to know how the rest of the district is going to come out this year. Although i do believe once again Richland is going to be the team to beat, i've heard MC is goin to be pretty srtong this year also Cascade i think might be good. The reason i believe Richland will come out on top once again is because their pitching is still goin to be very strong, they are returning their number 1 pitcher and two very strong left handers so it should be a great year.

kc,Correction, Cornersville just got a new gym and it seats at least 2,000. Much larger than Huntland and more parking.

It's a tough matchup and Richland has lost two in a row but I believe are gonna come back. I say Lady Raiders by 12.

Sorry erinhale, but you're wrong. Richland only has to play Moore County and Chapel Hill. They blew out Eagleville twice already. Just wanted to clear that up.

I know I'm not Raider16 but I know the answer to your question. The Chapel Hill game was postponed due to flooding and will be played Thursday the 12 @ Chapel Hill. Richland has 3 big district games this week now. They play Moore County on Friday night as well.

Way to go...Culleoka!!!! U guys did a great job and played your hearts out when u came to play us at Richland...way to hang in there and show some people that u cant expect anyone to win...nice job!

#25 at Richland is Hayley Hewitt, and yes i'm sure she would get it but she is out with knee injuries now.Hang in there Hayley!!

You're forgetting about Richland. They've beaten 3 out of the 4 teams you mentioned as the best. They might have the intensity to pull of a late season run.

I have all the confidence in the world in the Lady Raiders. If they play as a team and to their full potential...they will be a very successful team. Go get 'em Ladies!!
