Gibson County will beat Westview in their next meeting, it may get ugly. Westview is not the same team as when they played earlier, plus its at Gibson County just like the District and Region Tournament. Bad news for Obion and Westview.

The answer to your question is Yes. Why would the location make any difference? Jackson, Knoxville or Memphis. The real factor is teams that go to the state tournament year in and year out perform better than those that go for the first time. There is alot of pressure at the state tournament.

Beav, Dont start on the officiating like so many others, I hope you are above that. The fact is the Middle Tennessee teams have dominated the West Tennessee teams at Boro and they probably will again this year.

It sets a bad precedense for future years but it sounds like Ezell's coach is only interested in winning and not teaching the kids lessons in life. I agree with winner and would hate to be a parent of one of the boys left sitting on the bench.

13AA Are the teams really that strong? How many state titles have they won lately? Why do you think that they are better than Jackson County who has won 3 state titles in a row. There is a good argument that the teams of 13AA, their only tough games of the year are when the Big 3 play amongst themselves. You'll see when Boro time comes, the soft schedules will come into play. Look for 13AA to drop out as usual in Boro.

Bradford beats Halls at Halls. Halls has now lost to 3 teams in their district and could be the #4 seed.

I totally agree with Swamptiger. The 3 players now are being put in the "Savior" role and the rest of the team suffers, its a bad situation.

Kenia, What's happened to Kenia and those Halls fans, they're kinda quite these days. Give us an update on your last 7 ballgames since Halls was 7-0. The schedule got tougher and now we see the real Halls team.

The Westview/Gibson/Obion Region is playing in a very weak region outside the Big 3. The only tough games are between themselves and the rest of the games they win by 30. Dont expect the gold ball to come back to West Tennessee.

Kenia, Please give us an update of Halls scores and opponents. Its not so much fun when you lose 5 straight games is it? Like I said, Halls is the #3 team in their District. #1 Trenton and #2 Mitchell whipped you bad on Halls home court. Sometimes you wish you had never bragged about your team so early in the season.

Dyer County is very beatable, no gold ball again this year.
