I don't understand why you call us dumb hicks....i'm a Cloudland senior....and I believe that our students can compete with many in the nation....as for the remark about one of our validictorians being in remedial math course....so what if one of their strong points wasn't math.....your son was in that class....are you putting him down too.....we take the same ACT test as everyone else....and believe it or not....we pass...some with flying colors....i'm sick and tired of everyone saying that people who go to Cloudland or have graduated from there are dumb and belong in the "sticks"......

(or something like that) we brag on our team b/c we are proud of them...no matter if they win 70-0 or lose 64-12....they are our boys...our friends....we love them....they have became part of our family...and you don't dis your family

What could Lunsford have done....tell his 3rd string team who have never really had the chance to play to not try hard.....that would be unfair to them....i know when i played ball for the cloudland lady highlanders, every time i touched the ball i wanted to score....it's just instinct.....from what i have heard the score could have been much worse....

hvwarrior58...the reason that the 2000 season keeps being brought up is b/c that is the last time that we have played hv....we aren't absent minded....you are just easily annoyed.....and i'm sorry if you get offended by that....if you do...take it up with the coaches and tell them to schedule a scrimage....it's not that hard.....

Cloudland will have to rebuild....but that does not mean that they are down and out...every team has to rebuild at some point....it's Cloudland's turn in 2005....not a big deal

If you went to Cloudland you would understand how we feel....we are the 4th smallest school in tennessee....and to actually BE someone in such a competive sport is an honor....we love our boys....whether they make it to state or they don't.....everyone expects SP to be an awesome football team...and congrats to you...b/c you are....good luck to you this season....but have you noticed that all anyone expects from Cloudland is a bunch of redneck imbreds who wear overalls over their jerseys....so what if we brag.....EVERYONE BRAGS ABOUT THEIR TEAM....IT'S CALLED HAVING SCHOOL SPIRIT....we are proud.....we are happy...we are a community that stands behind their boys 100%....no matter if they make it to the 'boro or not.....GO LANDERS....LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!
