Man I am great Mr.. ICY. I miss being around the kids everyday but I try to attend most games. How did your team do this year?

Any school is the state would not turn down 2 6-7 players who decided to enroll in your school even if it meant missing 75% of the season. This was a legal move and anyone who says they would turn them away is a bold face lie.

Its funny our boys really wanted to play them. Coach Turner played the MAHS film to let them know they played us close this year.They are focused now.

Yes they left WEB because all they were learning running and shooting 3 pointers. They had to sit out until Friday. They practied all year. Their mom thought missing the regular season was worth it.

Those were great moves by Coach Turner. We lost both games but they made us much better. This team is a lot different that our past teams because there is no star player (Martin, Echols, or Ollison). One thing that has not changed is our defense. Tomorrow night the Logwood Twins both 6-7 play their first game as Tigers. That gives us 4 players 6-5 or taller.

Are they better than the 13 and 14 teams?

Seems like it bothered you more that I did mention Mitchell because you responded with an attitude. I really don't care who you support. If I choose to mention Mitchell in a thread concerning Cleveland and Golden State I have that right and if you don't like it take some more Midols.

Just offering a little advice. We have 3 because we take one game at a time. If we don't make it this year it is what it is.

Substate ? Man the County Championship and district are the only things on our mind.

Grad is a charter and they are building a nice program.

Mike is really playing great. He is our back up PG but has been a tremendous help. Markel is working hard but must get better off the court.

I can assume you have not seen much W TN basketball. Defense is the staple for those teams and Memphis. We have won the last 3 gold balls because of defense.

That was the title game. We are good this year but do not have that 1 star player like Martin, Echols, or Ollison. As usual we have played a tough non league losing to East, Whitehaven, and state champs in Ark, Mo, and La.

A lot of players transferred and sat out last year. They are legit.

If this GP team is any way close to that 2014 team then they are good. In our 3 years as state champs we only 1 game in single digits, that was GP in the first round. If the young man hits that FT with .5 left then they are state champs. Are they as good now as they were then?

Humboldt is good and athletic. I do not see anybody beating prior to the sectionals. Which means they will be playing at home. Mitchell, WEB, and Grad are good and makes our district tough. Middleton has will be tough in 15A but I was shocked by their loss to Riverside.

Alo can win a game without scoring. He is a leader and a warrior.

What rankings. We have won the last 3 titles and never been ranked number 1. To be honest that is how we like it.

We have played against PS the last 2 years. He will be a much better player at the next level than he is now. He has to do too much for that team. If he had a legit PG he would light it up. His size and shooting touch will make a him a good 2 Guard. Talking with Coach Cal this summer he stated he has one of the purest strokes he has seen. But he also said that his defense needs a lot of work.

Looks like Grad, WEBU. and Mitchell are the top teams in 16A. It looks like Middleton will run away with 15A. Can anyone else in 15A advance to regional?
