Youre right about this year, but last year, he ran a 4:28 last mile at state when he knocked off chiulli. The kids a beast.

ok, but how likely do you think it is that a school with around 300 students can find more than 1 or 2 bowlers that good? thats what hurts them- depth. big school dont neccesarily have better bowlers, they just have much better odds of having better bowlers.

Ashley Carneys a bowling phenom. she averages around 200 if I remember correctly....

Ya, thats ridiculous. I dont know if you go to our school and your just trying to be funny, or if you go to another school and you have no life. Frankly, taking the banner from in front of our school is childish at best. Now what? I guess youre going to hang it up in your room or wherever so you can have a constant reminder of how our CC season ended up. Whatever- half our team didnt even know we had a banner you took it so fast, so I guess we dont even really miss it. After all, the banner means nothing, so enjoy your new wall decoration.

This is definately a quality thread, let me tell you. Anyway, my personal opinion is- yes- the hermit that lives behind the pins is not fiction. How many times have you seen the guy who fixes the broken pinsetters? Ill bet none, and unless you frequent the bowling lanes, you may never be so lucky.

I know you hate me already, but Ive been a good boy lately, keeping my smack to a minimum; however, it seems my right to post inside the girls soccer forum has been revoked. Fridge, I was standing next to you at the region championships, and I remember you being very surprised at how Jeff was calling the game, so I cant imagine why you all of a sudden think he reffed such a good game. If hes a wuality ref, he should be consistant, like you said, but he should be consistantly right, not wrong.

there was nothing arrogant about his post. all year, everyone has doubted FRA. hardly anyone even picked them in the top 3, much less to win, so - -dont criticize the "underdog"

They were close last year because they played one really good game in region and beat a team I really thought they shouldve lost to, but thats fine- they played well. Where they really got lucky was when FRA, among others, lost to teams in the first round that they shouldve beat. True, NCS split the season series with FRA 1-1, but most people watching those games would agree NCS was outmatched. NCS may turn out good this year, its possible, but unless theyve improved a lot from last year, theyre no threat to the state title. I dont think theyll even make it to substate.
