does anyone know whose winning?? i know smyrna is 3-0 and they still hae two games left... how are all the other teams doing?? i think the tournament will be decided in the blackman-smyrna game on thursday is blackman's still undefeated

well i think smyrna will pull this one off.. i think it will be as close as smyrna wants it.. but if smyrna came out how the freshman did last night then they will get it handed to them.. just a little fact.. i think if johnson gets outside no one will catch him.. i dont think anyone on blackmans team has the speed to catch him.. thats just my oppinion.. i haven't seen blackman play this year so i dont know thats just what i think.. look for smyrna to pressure dawson when he goes back to throw... i think if smyrna stops meredith then they win.. meredith wont break any 40+ gains because johnson will catch him.. look for a very physical game.. should be a good one to watch as for the freshman game.. we (smyrna) got spanked.. there team was and probably is still to cocky.. they think because they beat riverdale they can beat anyone.. well they got a doce of # 20.. that kid is awsome and i think he should be playing varsity.. Loske got built this year.. i dont think smyrna will be scared to kick it to him because they have people that can catch him from behind.. but yes the smyrna players were saying that blackman sucked... which i thought was rather stupid because they just lost.. the freshman need to learn a lot.. but my prediction for the game tonight is 28-7 smyrna.. hope lots of people come... see yaou all there

and to inform you about the Wolke thing.. he is hurt and limping.. I heard that Childs was supposed to start.. a friend told me that wolke has been practicing all week so well just have to see whats up.. i think he might come in and play if smyrna gets down.. hope to watch a great game..

yes charles orona is stepping in well for hinson.. Hinson was supposed to go to the doctor sometime last week to see how long he is supposed to be out.. as for Orona's size.. i dont know for a fact but i would say hes about 5'9'' 155 lbs.. im not sure on his 40 time but i would have to say 4.5 or 4.6.. he also has some moves.. on that long touchdown he ran against Riverdale he juked out several players.. including #12 Austin Kusch former smyrna teammate.. i think this should be a good one... marcelous johnson had 27 yards on 7 carries aginst riverdale.. i would like to see smyrna give the ball to shannon more... he only got two carries in the riverdale game.. a person coming a long well is Sophmore linebacker Brock Willis.. i know in week 1 against hendersonville he had 8 tackles.. look for him to turn some heards for the rest of the season..

I think it was a great game.. But like i said Smyrna lost because they couldnt stop Riverdales running game.. and smyrna also had soem dropped passes.. but there were some highs for smyrna.. # 7 Charles Orona looks like a real fine reciever.. one thing i think they didnt do enough is run david shannon.. he is a big and fast back they only ran him twice.. i think if smyrna want to be sucessful they'll have to get him atleast 10 touches.. i think smyrna really missed Michael Hinson this game.. he brings great hands tot he team and great covering ability.. another thing i saw was that Marcelous Johnson ran really good up the middle and not so good outside.. but smyrna always tried to run him outside.. i just dont understand some things... they must have some reason for doing it.. look for smyrna to improve a lot this week.. they play home against galatin.. and i think that smyrna will meet Riverdale in the playoffs... if they do look for that to be a closer game...

yeah i have some from the paper.. meredith went 32 for 166 yards.. dawson went 2 for 15 yards.. dill went 1 for 2 yards.. locke went 1 for 2 yards.. mainer went 6 for 26 yards.. emerson went 1 for 15 yards.. and johnson went 1 for 4... is johnson sohmore Daniel Johnson?? and now for passing.. Dawson went 3 for 9 with two picks and 68 yards... finnaly receiving.. eckman went 1 for 55 yards.. wanthalangsy went 1 for 7 yards.. and adams went 1 for 6 yards.. i have to go with meredith for ther person who did the best.. he is a great back and i blackman is licky to have a great back..

OK. I don't think Wilson Central will win just yet. Their first win ever will come against siegal or mt juliet. As for lavergne beating Oakland they have a shot but it is highly unlikely. Almost everytime Lavergne plays some one good they shoot themselves in the foot a couple of times. MBA is a good school and MBA only scored 29 points because Lavergne fumbled 4-5 times. They will do the same against Oakland and lose big. Oakland needs to win to build confidence they need to deal with probably the hardest schedule in the state.

i think blackman will win.. siegle cant stop the run and kenny will have a great game.. who will start for the blaze.. dawson??? and who did the best out of those 3 last week... does anyone have any stats from last week on the QB's??

well i do have to say Smyrna is taking this game more serious than last year.. they thought riverdale would stink last year because they lost so many seniors and henry was hurt... they realized that riverdale is good every year.. i also think they have realized that they can actually beat riverdale... i am i bulldog fan but i think Riverdale will take this one unless they stop spike.. the dawgs couldnt stop spike mcdaniel last year and i dont think they'll be able to this year... last year he made all the big 3rd down convertions and even some long runs.. smyrna has a new defense so maybe that will help some... if smyrna has a chance they will have to stop spike.. i think if they stop spike they win.. as for injuries.. i know michael hinson will have to sit this one out.. he is a great player and will hate having to miss the game... a couple names to remember: Marcelous Johnson, Charles Orona, and David Shannon.. those are 3 good players that can help smyrna win this game... This is going to be an awsome game and i cant wait until tomorrow night.. hope to see lots of people there cheering loud... i think this will be a really close game.. Final prediction 21-7 riverdale.. If smyrna stops spike 28-21 smyrna.. I dont see anyone making really long runs... Both teams have speed to chase someone down... Smyrna will also have to be able to pass the ball to have a chance.. last year wolke was eatin up by the warriors defense.. they have to PROTECT WOLKE

yeah.. i moved her about 3 years ago from california.. i use to live in San Diego, California.. my older brother played against reggie Bush(for heliex highlander and know plays at USC)... i never got the pleasure of seeing De La Salle or Long Beach Polly play.. well i like the coaches out here... the players arnt the most talented but they win state.. like riverdale for example.. they dont produce players that go to big D1 schools.... but they are a contender to win state every year :justwrestle:

hey region4fan.. well i go to smyrna high school.. so i like and support my bulldogs.. but i live in the boro. i moved her last year in the middle of school and decided to stay and finish high school where i started. i also like riverdale and how well of a coach gary rankin is... i think this region would have ot be the best in tennessee..

siegle offensive line is kind of small.. their offensive line did ok on giving the QB time.. there defense did horrible.. they had no pressure on the QB at all.. when they start getting into region play and play against soem of the teams that have big lines they will get killed on the line... i think they need to get a bigger line or atleast strong line if they want to compete.. they're still a first year team but wait for them in a couple of years to turn lots of heads.. being a boro team i think they'll be exspected to win in a couple of years...

here are my picks... Riverdale over Smyrna-riverdales jus tto much to handle and had to much speed Blackman over Siegle- blackamns mad after being beat on and siegle isnt that good. Oakland over La Vergne- la vergne is young and cant hang with oakland yet Lebanon over Wilson Central Gallatin over Glencliff Whitehouse over Springfield

i dont htink it was right.. i was at the game and coffee county had siegle's number all night.. but going for two in that sitaution shows no class.. just because people have beaten them by 50 before doesnt give them the right to beat people by 50.. and i thought it would have been a pretty close game if siegle could have stopeed number 1 on coffee county. hes the person that killed them.. and i dont see why they dont play number 4 more because he looks like a real quick kid.. i dont know if coffee county will do that good this year.. it looked to me that if they teams that they play stop number 1 then coffee county will loose.. and if they play a team with speed they will loose to.. siegle failed to stop number 1 or have speed..
