Of course.....Gold Ball anydays, no arguments there, but It looks like someone would be hiding in the woodpile for a dominating State Championship team not to have the first all stater.

Indian, I never once said that Huntingdon could line up and play the first team. You must be some kind of idiot or have comprehension disablities. CoachT yes, I know that there are Huntingdon people on that list, but how many times do you think the AP saw Huntingdon play. They didn't most likely. Huntingdon has several kids on that list and even some left off, that are twice the player some of the people on their second and first teams. They just figued well, we will look at some stats and add some names from Huntingdon because they were state champs. Right before they played, didn't the AP have Lipscomb ranked 4th or so overall in all classes in the state? I think it was something like that.......and Huntingdon beats them 48-14 in the Championship game.....and they still don't get any All State players...once again, like I have said, this is where the politics hit. However, these kids with the awards that didn't deserve them, can sit back and think, the politics didn't win me a gold ball though. Congrats to Rod Smith and Earnest Williams on making the team, two that truly deserved it.

Chris Donald........ya'll get ready....he is a complete exceller in three sports. He is the real deal. I don't think the state has actually seen many all around athletes like this kid is. Not saying he is the best ever.....but you can't leave him out.

How about the Student Section for Huntingdon.....ask USJ about the WIT boys that walked in and hushed the whole crowd last year......even USJ was stunned.

Congratulations to all Huntingdon class 2a State Champ players who were left off this list........once again the politics hit back home in the small town. I know of several of you who weren't on the list who could walk the dog with the first teamers.

I don't know who you are....but talking about Nellett like that isn't wise.....he could wipe the floor play for play with your entire defense. Howell couldn't hold a peewee jockstrap. Hayes doesn't deserve offensive MVP......anyone could throw for 2800 yards if you allowed them 75 interceptions a year.

Cambell and Howell need to be left out....they didn't do anything......and all of those tackles were not solos.....I payed close attention to it in Huntingdon game. But if you get a hand in.....you get a tackle in MCK.

Well Bonham....in that case my team has 12....we have our down years like everyone but you cannot stop a Rolling Tide....the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Hey CoachT.....I have seen the crap that credit cards bring. I will honest to God make that promise and even keep you an updated report if it is on you. If not tell me you were kidding so I can fill in the info and get my membership.

WestTN2004......you doing better man.....I can give respect when its deserved and I agree with all of your nominees......I think you left out Bell though. Donald will be a haus in years to come. I still like my idea of consolidating Milan and Huntingdon......it would be the most feared football team in the country. 9yrold. is right.......the two best teams are that close.....It is a shame we both couldn't be champions......but I would seriously put both of us up against any 1-5a school in the state. I won't guarantee a win.....but I can promise a war. Huntingdon and Milan come to play so it play or shut your mouth and get stomped.....they both had excellent programs with good players and great coaches......they all had heart enough for Gibson and Carroll counties alike.

I would personally like to tell you 9yrold., that you are the best exemplification of class that I have ever seen on this board. Not many people give the rival school the credit that you do and from Huntingdon I personally thank you. Milan and Huntingdon should form a private school cuz that way they could spank MBA year in and year out......HAHAHA.

They best have three slots for RB on first team all West.....Bell, Williams, and Smith.....two were Mr. Football and one set some state records. That would be the only fair thing to do.

I don't think Hampton will even be a factor at qb. Not saying he couldn't do it....he is a great qb, but I think they are fine with him now. As far as I am concerned....I think Crocker would be a better qb than Baker....but that is only my opinion.

Huntingdon doesn't have an o-line.....they could march on most anyone in the state. They are freaking awesome....obviously you haven't seen them play.

You must not be able to read, all DL talked about was themselves, they were cocky and arrogant all week. They got beat, it wouldn't have mattered if they played Milan or not, they would have beat the crap out of Lipscomb too.

Jeremy Peppas is the only sportswriter who put faith in Huntingdon, he is the only person who has any sense that works for a paper. Dan Morris should be kicked in the mouth for his last few predictions. He doesn't know as much as he lets on, maybe Peppas will take over Fearless next year. Dan Morris doubted them all the time, and now he is having to print the good stuff. It is funny reading it all. What I don't understand is everyone is calling the Championship Game and upset, an upset occurs when a weaker team beats a powerhouse or better team like K State and Oklahoma. It is not an upset when you walk in the place with a team three times as good as the other, play like you are that good, give them the most embarrassing beating of their programs entirety, mainly because of the crap they talked. Huntingdon didn't upset Lipscomb, they beat the crap out of them plain and simple.

I think you are an idiot if you even use Cutler Robertson's name in the same sentence with the rest of these guys, unless he is shining their shoes. He went 9 times for about 5 yards the other night against Huntingdon, but he plowed us.
