I know that Milan is PA's alma mater, but I like him being at Crockett Co cuz he turned them around

Tradition is great and all and is very high at both schools. No schools in West Tn have traditions like these two schools, but Friday night tradition can't win that ballgame. It doesn't matter what kind of balls you have, gold or brass. Friday night will be decided by the kids who are getting their piece of the tradtion among these two great programs.

I am from Huntingdon, I do not personally know Earnest but I have an Aunt and Uncle down there who talk very highly of him, it makes me sad here in Huntingdon that his High School career ended this way. He has something to look back on though, all the memories and records he made. From what I read and was told about him, he is completely awesome in every aspect of his life. I wish the best of luck to him in all of his future endeavours and hope that he does well wherever he decides to go to college.

I won't pick a winner, but I know who I want to win. Unlike some, be it the Stangs or the Dawgs......whoever hits the Boro next Week........has the support of a Huntingdon fan.

Hey pepvol, there are a few idiots over here on the Western end of the state, we have been trying to deport them to Arkansas for years, we just can't get legislation passed. Not all of Milan, because most are very modest, but a couple of people on here from Milan think they could beat the Titans if they played.

I know of quite a few teams across the state who would wipe the Floor with Milan, Milan is a heck of a ball team, but you got to look at the playing levels up in 4 and 5 A and then DII

Both teams would have their work cut out for them, but that is to no concern of either team, Milan is worried with Huntingdon as Maryville is with Morristown West.

Shelly, I never said anything bad about the band, obviously you read the whole thing completely wrong. I was trying to be sarcastic and at the same time, take up for our band, because in fact, even though I don't follow them, I know they accomplished a lot by winning state. So please reread and try to understand what I was saying, I wouldn't put down anything from Huntingdon.

I am a football fan and not a band supporter, but, we don't have a half decent band, we were just crowned state champs a couple of weeks ago. But no, we aren't that good in the band department, I love it when idiots run there mouth about things that aren't even known to them.

Drew Hayes will be a veteraned qb. If he can keep his head and keep some good wr's, he will be tough at qb. Chris Donald, he is an all purpose back and has played fb and tb this year. He is very tough, only a freshman, look to see big things out of this kid.

Ok, you just made a fool of yourself. We said that this year that Smith is better than Donald, but we have a freshman and a senior. Rod Smith couldn't carry a jockstrap in an SEC backfield except maybe Ms. St. I am not saying he isn't good, I am saying he isn't big enough. And what you said about Bell, was a negative way of what I said about his size. He is small, but I think he is a better back because he does this without Smith's size. Please, let no further stupidity leave your lips.

To answer all of the questions of an idiot. Why is Bell being recruited by Bethel and Tn Tech? He is 5'9'' and weighs about 170. How many SEC backs do you see at that size. None. Rod Smith is quite a bit bigger than Bell, yet no one ever talks about Rod being recruited by SEC schools but you. I am not doubting Smith, he is flat out amazing. Terrance has his yards with a lot smaller size than Smith. The majority of Chester Co. played last night. A few didn't but most did. So that ends your spewing of stupidity on that one. How old is Donald one of you asks. He is 14, very intelligent, and one of the nicest kids you could ever meet. To say he won't be as big as Smith is absolutely crazy. He will be bigger than Smith most likely. You say he can't touch Rod at any other Sport. I believe Donald started his 7th and 8th grade years in Basketball. They won the state his 8th grade year and were runner up by a last second shot his 7th grade year. He started every game. Made all state there, I look for him to be an all-state performer in Basketball in a couple of years. Baseball, what are Rod's stats on that? Donald led his 12 yr. old Little League team to a state runner up, they lost it because they ran out of pitchers. In the 1 game of the 2 game finals during that. Donald was 4-4 with 4 home runs and 11 RBI's. I believe his final batting average was well above .500 through it all. There are your excels in other sports. I am not taking anything from Smith, I am sure he has the same numbers, I am just giving back to Chris Donald what he deserves because it was taken from him by an idiot that has no clue about him.

5: Franklin over Lincoln County 4: Hillsboro or Maryville tough to call 3: Crockett County....finally gonna get the gold 2: Huntingdon or Milan....the West is taking it this year 1: South Pitt.

Terrance had a good game, his line had the all star performance of the night. They were opening up "I-40". The line deserves a lot of credit in last night's ball game.

Thanks BoredGuy, this Mustang fan appreciates the kind words you have given us. It isn't often that a team be commended on their class, but they try their best to be a team that commands respect because they give it out to everyone they play, the same is to be said for us as fans. Chester County has some of the most modest and easy going fans I have ever seen. You guys can get on here and commend a team on all their positive aspects no matter the final outcome. We here in Huntingdon truly appreciate it and you should know that the folks over here will continue to pray for the Clark kid. Once again, a true thank you from the whole town of Huntingdon for exemplifying class to the utmost.

Chris Donald isn't built? Who told you that WestTn? They are sadly mistaken. The kid is a monster, why is he lanky, because he is taller than Smith already? Do you try and say he won't be that good because you can't accept the fact that he will be better than Smith when it all boils out in 4 years? To add to that, I guarantee Rod doesn't excel in three sports like Donald does either. So don't even try to compare Smith to what Donald will be. Now, granted Smith is better, but he has been here for four years. For Bell's concern, I would take him anyday over Rod Smith, you think Bell doesn't break tackles? You must be outside of your tiny mind. About 85% of Bell's yards come after contact. He runs East and West.....but he has more yards North and South than Smith does. Let's keep the bs to a minimum when we have no clue as to what we speak about. That is not an insult to anyone from Milan, I am just correcting blatent errors from a particular fan.

Chris Donald.....without a doubt.....he is a kid trapped in a man's body. He is around 6'2'' and weighs about 200 pounds and solid as a rock. Plays like he is a veteran. You can't say enough about this kid.

You guys keep talking about Lewis Co. and Mck. They have to make it by either Huntingdon or a very tough Chester Co. Team. Milan has to deal with Carver and most likely Huntingdon again. The semi's in the West will be more competitive than most games across the state all year. I am from Huntingdon and hope they win it, but if Milan makes it, I will defenitely be pulling for them in the Boro, simply because they have a great team too and I respect them for the way they play and they are in West Tn.

I like Smith, but watch for the kid out of Lipscomb to get it just for the simple fact that he is playing in Nashville.
