if a player cant get into to college because his gpa is too low then its his fault. Show up to class and try and you will be ok. the act is different but if a player wants to then its possible back to the topic- Riverdale gets their first goose egg!!!

# 62 Travis Lililenthal is only a freshman. He played tackle as a freshman and was moved to center this spring. He is talented and will probably be one of the better lineman if his strenght would come around.

Last year Riverdale had two 1000 yard rushers, Thomas- 1024 and Miller 1969. Thats almost 3000 yards for two players, plus the three or four fullbacks they use probably add another thousand yards

I believe that Thomas will be the starting QB but Locke will make Scott better. If Locke didn't transfer then Scott would be a sure thing, and now he has to compete for the job. Riverdale will have a better Qb because he transfered even if he doesn't start (locke), and an extra athlete!

No one seems to have a problem with the kids that leave RHS for other schools. What about AJ Alexander, he left and played his senior year at Oakland. If a kid wants to play some where else then let him. AJ wanted to carry the ball more maybe to get a better shot at a scholarship. Marcus wants to win and if he is willing carries the ball less than last year to win than good for him. If its legal then it doesn't matter. Why would Riverdale allow a kid to illegally transfer to Riverdale, they know someone will make a big deal out of this.

everyone go ahead a doubt Riverdale and say they lost Mr. Football and many others. Those coaches have taken teams with half the talent to the the BCB. It wont be as smooth as last year but once they get rolling they will be tough.

I believe that a few freshman this year bought a ring, and in 97' Marvin Smith played varsity and got a ring.

This years line did a great job but if you look at years past at some of the "great lines", they have players that are average lineman. Riverdale had a couple of great lineman this year, Justin Jones for one( all-state), and was surrounded by average to good lineman and developed a great chemistry. The best lines in the state aren't going to have 5 top lineman. Its about heart, hard work and chemistry. You have to know what works for you

When Blackman opened, the kids that were zoned there didn't have go there were many options on how to stay. It had someting to do with Blackman playing a J.v. schedule their first year. Zone exemptions were given to anybody that wanted one including those in the Riverdale zone that went to Blackman for playing time.

Marcus is a good football player but not as good as his brother. His brother got playing time as a freshman on what many believe the best riverdale team ever

of course Riverdale's o-line wasn't very good, or there defense, there backs were overrated and there coaches cheat. Riverdale luckily found some incriminating photos of every coach in tn and every member of tssaa. It was all rigged and Riverdale should have lost every game, honestly, can region 4 be that bad no way, they had to throw every game against riverdale. It not who works harder it who recruits harder. Now its the year of the PATRIOTS!!! HAHAHAHAH!!! Give Riverdale a break it wasn't a fluke, they blocked everybody, they tackled everybody, and most importantly beat everybody and they are ready to do it again

We don't have to explain it, the tssaa will police recruiting violators not a coacht member who saw a Riverdale player at the Kroger thats in the Oakland zone. It ridiculus for people to continue say they know where a player lives because someone told them. If you want to check to do it but it doesn't make a difference Riverdale is clean.

Does Oakland honestly believe that they can stop Gaston Miller, they will need more than a winter to try to turn that program around. By week ten you only player will be hurt you will have 3 or 4 freshman starting and Region4 will already be saying wait til' next year.

And it continues, riverdale and recruiting and out of zone players. I guess it will never stop, Riverdale is smart enough to not cheat because it will be brought to attenttion.
