We should be good here. The Bucs showed last week exactly how strong we are. It's going to be a long night for several teams on our schedule. We have a legit coach with a legit staff again.

What has happened at Boyd Buchanan? I remember the days when we never lost to South Pitt. I want to know what's going on at my school. A few years ago we were pretty good and before that we always had some good seasons. First is what Coach Akins and Fant that left. Then Coach Reynolds and Stone left. We should have paid Coach Reynolds more money to stay and maybe we wouldn't be in this predicament. Now I am hearing that Roberts has left too and went to South Pitt. He was always a good teammate and Buc to the core. Why would he go there? I give SP a hard time on here but I know they have a great program. They were who we always looked at when I was in school. Why are our coaches always leaving? Why are we not very good? I heard these kids were good in middle school. If Rider was the reason then get him on the staff. I'd like to know what the ..... is going on there.

Bucs win by 14 tonight. Coach Card will have us ready.

Is anything being done about getting our good coaches to come back next year? Someone needs to get on the phone and ask Coach Reynolds what it will take to back out of the deal. He is still on campus now at Boyd. As for Coach Stone, what do we know? We need to call both of these coaches and get them to stay at Boyd Buchanan next year. We need these types of coaches for our kids. What's the deal? Did the president just sit back and let this happen? How about the AD? How about the board of control? A life long Buccaneer just going to Alabama isn't sitting well with me. Another great coach not coming back to go with him is making it worse. Who has the answers because I want some. I made a few calls to school. Left some voice mails and never heard back from anyone.

I have no comment about that loss but these latest ones are ridiculous. Someone should call Coach Grant and Coach Stone and tell them to stay. We need to tell our school board to come up with the money to keep them. We won't be able to replace these coaches orangeslice13. I know how good they are. I played for and talked with Coach Grant through the years and have never talked with Coach Stone but I can tell from his defenses that he's a top notch coach as well.

I thought we might be a serious threat in the east next year. After seeing Coach Grant leaving for another school and now people saying that Coach Stone might be following him and not be coming back either I have lost my optimism. You don't get great coaches like those guys all the time.

These latest losses are going to hurt us big time. I don't care what anyone says. Have I said just how mad I am about this whole ordeal.

We aren't going to be what we have been at Boyd Buchanan. I am totally disguisted about what's happening at our place.

I don't know you and you probably don't know me but I am a proud Boyd Buchanan alumni and this news is hard to take. Coach Grant has been a staple in our program for the last 20 years. He has made some good hires through the years but none bigger than Coach Robbins who left because in my opinion our school didnt do him right. Now Coach Stone is maybe going with him so we lose him as well. No sir I am not okay with us losing all our quality coaches. I love Boyd Buchanan football but losing Coach Grant and maybe Coach Stone as well after us losing Robbins a few years back has got my blood boiling. What is Woody and Pope thinking? This is bad, bad, bad for our school. There are other good coaches out there sure, but which ones will want to come to us when they see that the best ones we have had in the last 20 years all ended up leaving. Im totally disguisted with all of this news. I have always supported our team each year. I have heckled our rivals at times but I have always stayed loyal to the Bucs and positive about us. It's hard to be positive about this junk. I can't be as optimistic about this season as I was a few weeks back.

What is going on? Coach Grant leaving is bad news for us. Now I hear the D coordinator is leaving or going with Grant. This is not good for our program. The best part of our team last year was the defense. This is crap and I'm not happy about it. Couldn't something have been done and raises given to keep these guys at Boyd. Coach Grant has been a lifetime coach here and Coach Stone has only been here two years. We need to do something to at least keep one of them. I wish Coach Grant luck but I hate this. He and Coach Akins were the reasons our program took off. Then we get a good coach in Coach Robbins several years back and we lost him. Now we get Coach Stone a few years ago and we lose him too? These are some of the better known coaches that come to mind when I think about our program. What's going on at my alma mater? I want answers. This all just $ucks!

The Bucs should be ok in this one. These boys will get after you for four quarters. As a fan that is enjoyable to watch. I just hope the ole team liasion gets them ready to play.

No I am sure he is the team liasion. He handles the alumni meet and greet, greets opposing coaches and teams and other things.

Ok so he is still the team liasion. That's what I was told so just checking.

So is Roberts still helping? He played back around 2003. Someone said he was the team liasion now at BBS. Good luck tonight Bucs. I won't make it now because of the game change.

You coming this week? I believe we will win this one easily. They need to take it one at a time. Is Roberts still coaching there? I think he is now like the team liaison at BBS. Good guy, good family.

My favorite game of the year. Back in the day this was the game. I believe we get Em by 14.

More like 260 kids is what I was told. We need a multiplier but not the highest in the country like we have. We don't have the boosters willing to give money for kids to come for sports. We actually have several playing at MCCallie and Notre Dame that left us so because they didn't have to pay to go the the other schools.

Goodluck to Hampton. I met a guy up there a few years back when we traveled to Hampton for a playoff game. Can't remember his name but his brother was the coach. Good people up in that neck of the woods.

Goodluck this week pirates. You will beat Lookout Valley as bad as you want to. I am speechless over this comment above. If you have improved enough to stay within a TD or beat Boyd then you will go back to state this season.

We should win this game by 28 or more. Hopefully get some playing time for the younger players as well.

I hope Marion County beats Silvertale by 100 points!
