McNairy is hard to beat at the roundhouse, but we still have to be focused. They will have to play hard and play Bobcat brand of basketball to win. It will be a great game. Good Luck Bobcats!!!

It is funny how people try to find other things to talk about besides the games being played like "color purple" and "reading comprehension skills." The same people talking are the ones at home crying because their beloved 11AA packed it early this season. I would put the McNairy Central girls grades up against any other team. ONe thing you can say is 12AA has class and will not stoop to your ignorance. I'm not talking to 11AA as a whole, I am talking to the few bad apples who feel they have to badmouth since they have no basketball to talk about.

Why did you have to go and put race into it. That was really a stupid thing to say. 11AA played the games they just lost maybe because of Athleticism, maybe coaching, or maybe the fans boosting them up too much. How are you going to have a thread over 30 pages long on 11AA. I think maybe your players started thinking they were better than they were.

I just wanted to know who made the ALL District and Tournaments Teams In District 12AA. Does anyone have this information?

McNairy is coming on especially with Crayton's legs seeming to get stronger and stronger every game from her ACL tear. Wright and Cole playing great. Also hopefully we will be getting Boeler back in January or February. Should be very exciting as the games go on.

Good Luck to you all too. I wish she would not have torn her ACL last season it would have been no telling how far we could have went with her on the floor. But it is a new year and hopefully everything works out. Again good lubk to Gibson Co.

Who played good for McNairy and Gibson? Did anyone stand out?

I believe Union City loss to McNairy. I didn't see the game, but that is what I was told.

I did forget about Lexington, but I think they will be fighting for third with Liberty. I just don't see them beating McNairy considering the way things have been the past few years and McNairy has everyone returning.

I believe it is between three teams which is McNairy Central, Jackson Southside, and Liberty. I believe that is how they will be 123 in that order 1. McNairy Central 2. Southside 3. Liberty

Mendenhall is a great player, but if Crayton was playing in that game I think the outcome would have been a little different. But that is last year and it is a new year.

I think Eboni Crayton or Erika Wright from McNairy can get it in AA. Crayton averaged 22 points a game before she went down with an ACL tear. I heard that she is as strong now as she was before. Wright is also a great player who averaged around 16 or 17 a game. They are both great players that can make a run at Miss Basketball in AA.

Harpeth and McNairy will certainly be two teams that will be in the mix next year. You all did not see the McNairy team at full force with Crayton though. They were a totally different team with her in the game. She brought defense, ball handling, leadership, and not to mention scoring. She should be up for Miss Basketball also. I know this is a woulda shoulda coulda statement, but I think the outcome would have been different in the region finals if she would have been playing and in the state tournament this year. But injuries happen and it isn't something you can dwell on.

People should look out for McNairy Central. They are returning everyone except for one senior, but she was just a role player. They get their leading scorer Crayton back from her ACL injury I think she was averaging around 21 points a game when she got injured and McNairy still made it to substate so they will be a team to reckon with. And before Crayton was injured they were undefeated and ranked #2 in the state. Crayton along with Wright, Boehler, and Cole is an awesome foursome. Go Bobcats in 06-07!!!!!

McNairy Central They are only losing one senior who averages about 3 a game and they will be getting their leading scorer Eboni Crayton back off of her ACL injury. I think she averaged 21 points before the injury. You have to remember before she was injured McNairy was undefeated and ranked Number 2 in the state. I believe they would still be undefeated this year if she did not get hurt, but injuries happen.

I hope they do make it to the Boro without her. But you have to get Hater of the Year award against Crayton. What is the deal where does all the hate come from? You two were teammates last year. I do not know anyone who could say anything bad about her. What are you so bitter about?

When did anyone say it was her team. I must have missed that one. I don't think she is overrated though. Why do you not think she is worth the praise that she has been gettin on here? No one is saying that McNairy can only go as far as she takes them I am just saying I do not think they can go as far without her. I also said I would post the same thing if Wright or Boeler got hurt. This thread is really getting out of hand. It started out as an injury update and then turned into her former teammates calling her overrated. That is crazy!!! I am glad I did not have former teammates like you.

Yes it is my opinion and and I am looking at it in a positive outlook, but at the same time I am being realistic. I am not bashing the team just saying their chances are not as great. I understand your sister plays for McNairy and that could make you think things without looking at it realistically, but you know just like I do that they are not as good without Crayton in the lineup as they are with her in. But anyway like I said before I wish McNairy girls the best and I am pulling for us to make it to the boro.

I have to disagree with you. Loving is a good player, but she is nowhere near Crayton. McNairy really doesn't have depth. They were only 6 maybe 7deep when Crayton was playing. I wish I could believe that comment, but if she is out for the season it might not look too well for the Bobcats. I predict they will make the region tourney if she is out, but they are a state caliber team with her in. If Wright or Boeler was out I would say the same thing. Those three were the key and with one of those pieces out I dno't know how it is going to play out. I hope they proove me wrong.

You have a pretty good list, McNairy will move back up hopefully after they get Crayton back. I am very sure that they would have beat Northside if she would have played. She is the leading scorer on the team averaging about 19 and a great defensive player, and they only lost by 8. I wish her a speedy recovery cause we need her.

alot of hating where you at the game? I think I remember you telling me you were not I saw Gibson play and they are not better than McNairy. McNairy has more weapons than Gibson. Gibson is a good team, but ran plays for one player. McNairy runs a team offense and still had players with just as many points than Gibson's one player offense.

I am not sure about MIddle or East Tennessee, but in the West I think Westview, McNairy, and maybe Chester Co. being in the Top Ten in the state. I believe that McNairy and Westview are the two best teams from the West. Chester Co. I believe only has one great player and I do not think she will be able to do it by herself this year, but I am not sure. Same with Gibson Co, but they do have a good post player also.

McNairy does have some legit stars this year though. Eboni Crayton is averaging around 23 points so far and Erika Wright around 18 or 20. Maybe not Miss Basketball talent this year, but I think either one could contend for next year since they are both Juniors. McNairy is a pretty good team this year, but after the starters it is downhill after that. They will struggle because of depth I am surprised they won last night considering they played 6 players and the 6 th player only got in sparatically, to Gibson County's 9 or 10 players. I really hope we can develop some younger talent.
